含早餐房間，開房時不給早餐券，第二天早上電梯慢慢悠悠好不容易上了五樓，説需要早餐卷，我説趕時間回頭你們自己核對唄，開房時沒給我早餐卷，餐廳大哥來一句“沒早餐卷吃什麼早餐”我房間是含早餐的，是你們沒給我，然後遛我玩呢？上去下來的？
