The reception staff didn’t know how to properly check-in foreigners, which they should as it’s now a requirement for all hotels, but apart from that, it was an excellent stay. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, having been recently renovated. The hotel is on a quiet location, and the rooms are well sound-proofed making for a very peaceful sleep. There are restaurants and cafes nearby including one of the best coffee shops in Taiyuan, and also a convenience store next door. Bonuses are the free guest laundry and the robot that can bring you food deliveries that you’ve ordered from one of the apps. I would very happily stay here again.

性價比高在萬柏林區是比較好的，房間乾淨，有一次性毛巾，適合短期出差居住，周邊環境好，夜晚也安靜，有機器人送東西，不用自己去拿，對面是九點茶城，雅閣瑞普茶城，省農展館。

酒店房間很乾凈，私密性很好，還有機器人送東西，在房間落下個東西，前台姊妹保管的很好，一開始我還不知道落下了，前台姊妹給我打的電話，貼心。這個酒店也來了兩三次了，位置挺好的，門口就是公交站牌。哪裡都能去，好！設施齊全，門口還有停車的地方。一樓還有洗衣房，前台小姊妹給我洗好第一時間就用機器人給我送上來了。樓上那個大姐也很有禮貌！！！贊贊贊

錯開五一高峯期出來玩，正好省展覽館最近有書法展，選擇了這家酒店，離得很近。去的比較早，前台還給免費升級了房。服務也非常周到熱情，房間整體的色調很舒服。衞生乾淨整潔。連鎖品牌就是有保障，下次來還選海友

酒店的服務非常棒，一進門就感受到賓至如歸的温馨。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，非常舒適，停車很方便還送了早餐很好吃，毛巾也是一次性的很乾凈衞生 還有免費存放行李的櫃子很方便，酒店還有機器人 對面就是展覽館離得很近 酒店周圍有飯店超市很方便 性價比高，強烈推薦！
