非常喜歡這個裝修風格，各種小設計都很棒，地理位置優越，出門就是鐘樓街，到的晚也不怕沒吃的。前台小哥服務也很好，因為沒有外窗的房間了，還給贈送了早餐，非常感謝。早餐也不錯，米粉超好吃。總之性價比太高了，以後來太原還定這裏。美中不足的是刷牙的時候牙刷掉毛，洗澡水壓有點小，其他都不錯。

這次不説質量説服務，作為一個一年出差100多天的人來説，這個酒店服務0分，晚上10點半去辦理入住，用積分兑換升房，辦理入住的時候，就問了一句前台，在攜程辦理了升房了，可以升房，馬上黑臉，連查都不差查，裝都不裝。馬上就説滿房了，我打開攜程的APP給他看，所有房型在售，不清楚那個房間滿房了，後面半個小時不到致電攜程，反饋問題，更搞笑了，前台和攜程客服説，原來滿房的，剛有人退房，就給升房了，荒誕，我想知道誰會在晚上10點多退房，扯也找個好的理由，反正這事沒完，我後面會聯繫錦江處理

原拓酒店，位置非常棒，太原老城區鐘樓街旁，出租車師傅介紹説是都是年輕人來玩的地方，一點不假，出差旅遊值得到這個地方看看。這個酒店智能馬桶，吹風機更有個性，最值得表揚的是服務，前台服務員衹要看到你都會問你聲好，餐廳服務員會幫你拿東西，早餐對的起這個房價。美中不足，我本不想提，小事情，希望這個酒店改進做的更好，淋浴水温有點低水壓有點小，不知其他房間是不是這樣。

非常滿意出門特別方便，樓下有停車場，隔音效果好，早點不錯出門還給帶杯咖啡，機器人送東西，直飲壺乾淨超級好，親子大小5人住了親子房一點不擁擠，自動馬桶，洗澡水超級大，總之門頭不大屋裡超級好不錯的選擇

住在這裏簡直不要太方便，下樓直接吃，逛完直接上樓，逛吃逛吃的不二選擇，關鍵是鬧市中還保證品質的酒店，我對衞生挺在意，反正沒有我看不過眼的地方，特別喜歡衞生間和洗澡間還有洗手池分開區域的設計，燒水壺也是不能塞東西的那種，直接擰礦泉水上去就行，大家懂的！整個風格很潮，窗簾也是電動的，關鍵早餐也不錯，服務態度都很好，前台也是，走的時候還給了酒店的周邊紙袋，讓我裝東西用，太貼心了！哦對了，入住時因為小吃矇蔽了雙眼，酒店的人還出來接的，點贊點贊！
