入住時讓前台服務員安排了一間光線好得房間，小李服務態度很好，房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，設施齊全，無線網和電視很好用，電視畫質清晰，無線網網速快。空調製熱也很棒！早餐種類豐富！

大廳古色古香是復古裝修，環境不錯。其次就是房間裏面設施齊全完善，空間寬敞，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，床單被罩整潔，一次性用品也比較齊全，淋浴間空間也大。辦理入住的小李挺好的！

國慶假期出來旅遊的，一開始看到評價本來沒準備來，所以給前台又打了電話，談話期間給人的感覺不像評價説的那樣，所以就抱着試試的態度來辦理了入住，辦理入住的時候前台小喬服務熱情，會主動問有什麼需要幫忙的地方，也會主動升級房型，説話温柔辦事積極，態度很好！大廳古色古香是復古裝修，環境不錯。其次就是房間裏面設施齊全完善，空間寬敞，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，床單被罩整潔，一次性用品也比較齊全，淋浴間空間也大。每個工作人員見面也會主動問好，看的出來這家酒店是站在客人的角度上考慮的！這次入住的很滿意，以後如果還有機會來太原還會選擇這裏！
