酒店在一個小區裏，這個小區周圍很安靜，街道寬闊，我們是自駕來的，所以最看重有沒有免費停車位這方面的配套，車子停在酒店附近非常方便，進出不管多少次都免費，非常方便。房間就和家裡住的房間一樣，一個卧室一個客廳，空間超大，門口是密碼鎖，私密性和便捷性都很好，整體住的很舒服，下次如果路過太原還會來住

酒店位置不錯，交通也方便，到了就在馬路邊上就能看到。附近的高層了，很安靜，不像市區那麼吵鬧。房間面積很大，也有辦公桌，對於出差的過來也比較方便。個人感覺，比酒店住的舒服。

酒店衞生很好，被子床單都乾淨，目前沒有早餐，但離酒店不遠處有幾家家餐店，品種很多且不貴，味道不錯。停車是和一家月子醫院共用，車位多，方便。晚上四周比較安靜，睡眠好。有車自駕的朋友推薦。

5月18日，我來太原觀看演唱會，為了方便選擇了一家就近的酒店。該酒店價格600多元，在太原算是中等偏上的價格。然而，酒店的服務和衞生狀況嚴重令人失望，具體問題如下：
1. **房卡按金問題**：入住時被要求繳納100元按金，這在目前的酒店服務行業已經非常少見的。
2. **拖鞋問題**：酒店不提供一次性拖鞋，衹提供收費的環保拖鞋，完全不符合衞生標準。這讓人感到非常不便和不衞生。
3. **床品質量及衞生問題**：床品質量極差，睡在床上感覺像直接躺在硬邦邦的彈簧上，完全無法入睡。於是我掀開床單查看，發現床上衹有一層超薄的床笠，並且床墊上有許多頭髮，顯然沒有經過徹底清潔。
這次入住經歷讓我對酒店的管理和服務水平產生了嚴重質疑。許多客人選擇這家酒店是為了方便觀看演唱會，而太原文旅部門也為歌迷提供了很多幫助。其實很不希望這種糟糕的住宿體驗影響大家對太原的印象，但這些問題必須得到重視和解決。希望酒店管理層能夠正視這些問題，儘快改進服務和衞生標準，以免給城市的形象抹黑。

薄荷酒店地理位置非常好，被眾多景點包圍着感覺很幸福，周圍環境非常便利。樓下有便利店，酒店的服務非常到位細心，房間設施完備，乳膠床墊很舒服，視野非常好。唯一的小建議是希望前台能提供更多的城市地圖。總體而言，薄荷酒店是一個非常不錯的住宿選擇。

服務人員非常專業且友善，特別是前廳部的小白美女，幫助我們規劃了一天的行程，非常有耐心。前台的小哥也非常熱情的幫助協調。房間打掃得很乾凈，每天都有新鮮的毛巾和床單。酒店的餐廳提供多種美食選擇，早餐特別豐富，口味也很好。洗衣房使用方便。房間內的空調和熱水器運行正常，温度調節很方便 。下次還來😁😁

五一期間為了看任賢齊演唱會，特意選了離體育中心很近的這家，過個大路口就是體育中心，在體育館外能看到酒店的燈牌。入住贈送了特產伴手禮和歡迎水果，入住體驗非常好。我們的房間很大，很舒服，床品非常好，床墊軟硬適中，不腰疼，慢回彈枕頭夠大夠軟，對頸椎非常友好。衞生間也很大，洗個熱水澡非常舒服。前台服務員態度和藹，有問必答，介紹了酒店附近好吃的小飯館。酒店與婦產中心共用一個大停車場，跟前台報備車牌照，就能免費停車，很方便。以後去太原還會選擇入住。
