Jinlin Oriental Hotel

The shower water is cold! It's cold! It's cold! We came back from Hukou Waterfall and were covered in dust. The child went to take a shower and said it was cold water! He caught a cold! I told the front desk and they said the engineer was off work and couldn't fix it! I was really impressed! The worst stay! The hygiene was average and the facilities were old. I went to the front desk the next day to report the problem, but the supervisor said he had to verify the situation and couldn't give a reply! Oh my! I really learned a lesson! I will write a review for future reservations based on my personal experience. Don't step into the trap!

Close to the train station, the location is excellent, not far from May Day Square and the commercial street, the facilities are complete, the room is large, there is a window, smoking is allowed. The price-performance ratio is also very good, I will come again if I have the chance.

Opposite to Taiyuan Railway Station (not the high-speed railway station), it is convenient to join Shanxi tour groups, and the tourist distribution center is nearby. The room is relatively large and has heating, which makes it comfortable to stay in winter. The facilities are a bit old, the bathroom shower room is small and the shower head is high, which makes it inconvenient to wash your hair. The bath water goes down slowly, the bedding is comfortable, 4 bottles of mineral water are provided every day, and the breakfast is good for 28 per person. There are also many small restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which are convenient for eating and buying things. There is eight-treasure porridge provided by the front desk every night. In general, the price is quite cost-effective at this price.

After nine years, the whole family went on a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. This was my fourth trip to Shanxi. It was also my first visit to the old place after 11 years since I took my old mother to Taiyuan by train and car in the summer of 2013. During this trip to Shanxi Province during the Spring Festival, I arrived in Taiyuan on the fourth day of the first ***** month and stayed in a hotel next to Bell Tower Street. On the eighth day of the first ***** month, I drove back to Taiyuan from Yuncheng in southern Shanxi and chose this hotel next to Taiyuan Railway Station. The hotel is just opposite Taiyuan Railway Station, less than 100 meters away in a straight line. It is very convenient to enter the station and take a bus. There are also many restaurants around. It is a good accommodation choice for self-guided tourists. Although ten years have passed, Taiyuan Railway Station still looks the same, silently watching the passengers coming and going from the south and the north. The whole family of six booked three rooms. The hotel has its own parking lot for free parking, and the elevator makes it very convenient for the 85-year-old mother to go up and down the stairs. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, free mineral water, paper slippers, and central air conditioning. It is no less than the hotel I stayed in Bell Tower Street before. The only regret is that the hotel does not provide breakfast.

The hotel is located opposite Taiyuan Station. I checked in on the second day of the Chinese New Year. The surroundings are relatively quiet. The facilities are a bit old. It has its own parking lot. It is close to Liuxiang Bell Tower. There is eight-treasure porridge every night. It is suitable for tourism and business.

I stayed at Taiyuan Jinlin Oriental Hotel for the first time on December 18, 2023. I felt that the hotel environment was beautiful, the front desk customer service staff was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean and sanitary, four bottles of mineral water were delivered every day, and the toiletries were quite exquisite. It really felt like home. So on the basis of the original two-day reservation, I renewed it for another day. By the way! The hotel is very close to Taiyuan Railway Station (not Taiyuan High-speed Railway Station), and the transportation is very convenient. Next time I come to Taiyuan, I will stay at Jinlin Oriental Hotel again.
