When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

Last minute booking made with this hotel ended up as my favourite accomodation in TW till date. Service was awesome. There was always a hotel staff opening the main door for guests to enter. Receptionist was friendly and offered a free upgrade to suite. Upgraded room was very spacious and clean. Came with Loccitane toiletries. Seems that guests are mainly Japanese. Location is quite convenient with shops nearby. A pity I got to check out before sunrise to catch an early morning flight. Would stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

All my ********* friends told me Regent taipei hotel is the top no. 1 hotel in Taiwan. This time after I stay I totally agree with them. The hotel has many kinds of restaurants, facilitates and very up to standard service by all the staff. Reception, congeries Kevin, express hotline Alice 徐, housekeepers a lady & 黃凱彥 are all friendly, kind and cheerful. I really feel so happy for this stay. More important is this time I come here to celebrate my father 80 years birthday. He is very happy and enjoyable in particular the Sauna. All in all this stay is so memorable and really worth me to write a good review. If u ask me anything to improve I will say the lift for B3, too crowd and need to wait for so long. Anyway it won’t affect my overall review. Congratulations Regent Taipei, you really deserve top 1 in taipei.

The buffet breakfast was in a spacious restaurant and had a decent variety of dishes. My favourite was the porridge and condiments. Nearby, there are convenient stores and also more shops underground leading to the trains, one of them is Mister Donut. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Taipei Main Station and the pick-up point for day tour buses. The facilities and amenities were sufficient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a view of Taipei Main Station. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful. I will choose Cosmos again when I visit Taipei again.

Hotel is marvellous, room is spacious, enough for solo traveling. If the room were to have 2 luggage’s, i think there won’t be enough walking space in the room. Toiletbowl and showers are separated which is a good thing. A desk to eat, or do some work or planning for the next day. Bed is comfy and nice. Location is within a minute walk to Ximending. MRT station is just across the street within 2-3mins walk, very accessible.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Before commenting on the hotel, we wanted to share some of our own experiences with those who travelled to this hotel on their own. We arrived at the airport at about 5pm and went to the Flying Dog Bus counter as suggested by the Forum members. Based on the information we found, the bus was supposed to take us to the hotel or close enough to the hotel. But instead, we were told they would not take us to the hotel door until after six o'clock. Before 6 o'clock, they will only put guests on the designated bus route and then take a taxi to the location they are going to. In short, if you arrive at the airport before 5:30, then it is recommended to take the Guoguang bus. After the next time at the terminal (Taipei Central Station), take the MRT to Ximending. Pros: -The location is good. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the nearest MRT Ximending Station. -All rooms have free Internet access. Try using the wireless connection. If you don't have a network cable yourself, you can borrow one from the front desk. - Basic supplies: hairdryer, kettle, free bottled water and tea - very clean Cons - hotel entrance hidden in a narrow alley and easy to miss. Just look for the World Express pastry shop on the main road. There are huge neon lights on the top side of the hotel, which is useful when looking for it from a distance. - Shower and bathtub are integrated. As a business hotel, we expect them to install a shower curtain, but maybe they think it will cost too much. So you can imagine the mess after each shower. -No useful maps available. Those maps that could be used only marked the subway line, and there was no address information or anything like that. - the lighting in the room was poor. It was too dark for ladies who wanted to make up. -Close to a government building, so if you want to walk around naked in the room, it is recommended to close the curtains. -The front desk clerk doesn't seem to know much about the attractions. -Breakfast coupons are issued at the front desk every morning, dining at the fast food restaurant on the main road, just at the exit of the narrow alley. There are about four or five packages to choose from, but the two must be the same (for both of us)! That is so stupid! The food is not good either.

The room was lovely and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a big bathtub and complimentary access to a washing machine and dryer – a real convenience for hotel guests. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, and their English proficiency made communication a breeze. The hotel's location was perfect for me, with a 7-11 and plenty of food options nearby, making it easy to grab a quick snack or a meal whenever I wanted. The only minor inconvenience was the walk from Daqiaotou MRT exit 1, which took around 7-10 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no shelter, so it could be challenging in rainy weather. My advice: don't forget to bring an umbrella! Despite that small hiccup, I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Taipei. The overall experience, from the room amenities to the friendly staff and convenient location, left a lasting impression. Highly recommended!

The flight was delayed, so there was someone at the front desk when I checked in late at night, and the service attitude was very considerate. Check-in went very smoothly! The hotel provides shuttles to Taipei Station every hour during the day, you better make reservation a day earlier.

I have booked a total of 3 nights in this hotel. We have encountered some confusion during the check in as the hotel renamed recently from Hedo to Le Room, and the room size or features of the room we booked initially. Nevertheless, we appreciated the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade during our stay. Perhaps there is renovation works going on in the building or around the building, they provided us a set of ear plug and I believed the complimentary breakfast was provided for the compensation. Nice breakfast spread. Strong connection for their Wifi. However, their pillow is too soft for me. Air con is not consistent, sometime in the middle of the night, the temperature may be a bit too warm for me. The water pressure is strong but sometimes the water suddenly become cold for 1-2sec. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel as the location was strategic. Walking distance to Ximending and exit z10 to the underground mall. The staff is also quite patience and able to compromise our request

- Paid extra for a better room, Totally Worth It! Big and clean, but no view - Great location, easy access to the Taipei main station. I can get to anywhere easily. My Tainan friend caught a High Speed Rail to visit me, it was easy for her to get here - I would recommend to go straight up to the ground and drag your suitcase on the street with you if you are taking the Airport Express to Taipei station (Do not walk all the way to the MRT train closet exit because there are stairs) - I like the restroom, bathtub and shower. The Japanese washlet is fantastic because you cannot just throw toilet paper in the toilet in Taiwan - Bed is a bit too firm for me, personally prefer softer mattress - Breakfast has limited choices, I wish there are more - Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I was waiting for a shop to restock something, since I didn’t have a local number, I left the hotel number to the shop, and big thanks to Peggy for her help!!!

Saw pretty good reviews and booked this hotel. Was overall pleased with the cleanliness. Location wise was also ok, take Exit 5 from Ximen station. as we came with two huge luggage, we had to take the lift at Exit 6 instead. This is a unique small hotel in Dadaocheng. The interior space is very well designed but not artificial. The layout of the old space is used appropriately in both public spaces and rooms. This time we stayed on the fourth floor, and you can see it when you come out of the room. The balcony of Dadaocheng Skyline is very suitable for leisurely drinking, chatting and relaxing. The service is very friendly, the room is clean, and the shared kitchen is small but has everything you need. Overall, I am very satisfied.

If you have time, it is very convenient to go to the Ningxia Road Night Market in the evening, and the night market is just across the intersection. Environment: Not far from the night market and other shops. Facilities: so-so, and many places are dilapidated, and the wallpaper is cracked. The room was very small with no room to move after a queen bed. RMB 350 for a weekday stay is not bad, but RMB 560 for weekends is a bit high, and the price/performance ratio is low. Service: There is no service at all, and the attitude of the lady at the front desk is not enough. Hygiene: Moderate, fairly clean.

We arrived around 1pm but could not check in to our room until 3pm. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have any space to store your luggage before or after check in. The room was as described, with a decent sized room and bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved, specifically the air conditioning unit as it appeared mouldy inside. The carpets and walls could also be doing with a refresh. Good location close to popular areas nearby, including the Dadaocheng night market. The rooms are possibly slightly over priced in my opinion, for the standard.

OrigInn Space Dadaoyan is located at the intersection of Nanjing West Road and Tacheng Street in Taipei. It is a baroque-style six-unit western-style building. It was called Liuguan Street during the Qing Dynasty and used to receive the court minister of Qin. In 2017, it became the first legal accommodation in Taipei to open in historical buildings. I lived in the largest ”front of the third floor”, and the sloping-top room should be seven meters high, which is quite spacious and comfortable. In addition to the wooden lattice window, there is a group of 1970 German Grundig ball horns to match the vinyl singing disc, the treasure of the town house is a classic sofa bed designed by a Danish designer in 1954. Even if you live in Taipei, I recommend staying here for one night. Of course, it is worth coming here for a cup of coffee and enjoying the store's careful selection. The coffee here is exquisite. In addition to the 1962 Faema antique coffee machine, I also recommend trying their hand-made, there are a variety of domestic and foreign beans, this time I tried three completely different flavors of coffee beans, including Alishan, professional barista will first ask your taste, and then choose the right beans, This reminds me of the sommelier in the Michelin restaurant. When you come back to Dadao, don't be afraid when you pass by. It will be a surprise for your vision and taste buds.
