the manager of the hotel is very nice, can tell that he cares about guests đ«¶đ»
the rooms are same as in the pictures but plus like 5-7 years of use, cracked walls and hot springâs water stains.
for us personally pillows were terrible, all night was hard to sleep; and also TV is on the left side of a bed so i you want to watch it for a long time, be ready to get a sore neck
in general i would rate a visit 3.5/5
all staff is really nice, nice location, good amenities and food.

The scenery is nice. You can adjust the water temperature of the indoor hot spring by yourself. The Japanese-style bedrooms are very elegant, but the walls between each bedroom are too thin. The sound of boiling water in the isolated room will affect your sleep.

We loved our stay here. Itâs the perfect hot spring for all kind of trips. Amazing for families too with perfect spots for youngest to enjoy.
There is only one thing to complain: the quality of the food, we had breakfast (pretty decent), but lunch options are really limited, not much veggies to add in your plate and not very healthy options. Also, the cut of the meats werenât the best, so the meat we tried was really hard to chew.
The staff, specially in the main building are really helpful and kind.

The hotel is in daan district, near sogo and many shops. The Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful.
They provide free snacks, drinks, and some single use amenities. The bed is king bed and so comfortable. With this cheap price, They still provide breakfast in outside the hotel, need to walk around 5 minutes in a brunch restaurant ( sandwich + tea). The bathroom is little bit old and in there are some part od the bathtub is rusty so we canât use it but overall itâs recommended hotel.

First of all, the location of the hotel is hard to find. It is in a residential area and there is no sign outside. You need to ask at the front desk of Fengju Hotel. There will be staff to pick you up. The hotel is on the 7th floor of a business building. The room is big and clean. It is quiet at night. The wifi is powerful and the facilities are complete. Breakfast is at the restaurant of Fengju Hotel. The buffet is not bad. The location of the hotel is really good, 5 minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, so it is convenient to go everywhere. 3 subway stops or half an hour's walk to 101 Building, 1 station to Taipei Main Station, 2 stations to Ximending MRT, 3 stations to Songshan Airport MRT or 120 Taiwan dollars by taxi. It is also 2 stops away from the duty-free shop, and next to the hotel are Pacific Sogo and Sogo Sogo. The room fee is only 350. The price/performance ratio is too high. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. I will stay here next time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. One particular situation I would like to thank and point out is upon my arrival to the hotel. I was given a room which had a funny sound that occur periodically. I called the lady who assisted me in the check-in process and pointed out this problem. Without much hesitation, I was given another room of the same grade immediately.

The location is convenient, but the hotel lobby is small, the lights are so dim, and the children are quite frightened, because the floor corridors are eerie, dark, with deer heads, red lights, no facilities, the rooms are okay, the swimming pool is too small and dilapidated.

This is my go to place in Taipei! I can hardly find any fault with the hotel other than wishing the location is just next to or above the train station. Even with that the location at Zhongxiao Fuxing is so central, you can go to anywhere with the train or by bus. Itâs about 5 mins walk to the hotel from the train station. The lobby is at Level 5 which was lovely and turns into a mini bar lounge at night. There is a snack bar with drinks at the lobby that is open to guests. You can also leave a review for some of the hotel goodies. The room was huge with a toilet and shower. There are two sinks. Like how the toilet and shower are separated. For the shower there is a tub area which is so comfortable after a day of visiting and walking. I like the music player which is so vintage too. TV is huge with a lot of channels. The bed is huge and comfortable. This is really the place to go in Taipei. You can see the view of 101 when walking to the hotel from the metro. There is also many family marts around. The hotel is actually next to a police station.

Itâs more like a hostel than a hotel. It is inside a commercial building, occupied an entire floor. The cleanness of the beddings can be improved. But considering the price of a room during the travel peak season, good deal.

Location, facility and toilet are all good. The breakfast is average. They could include some greens and veggie options. They offer plain porridge, which is fine except there isn't much condiments to go with it.
I will still stay for location and value for money, but maybe book without brekkie option.
