I really love it here and would definitely be back here, its accessible and the hotel is like 5 star

Very nice room and good service from the cleaning auntie and the counter receptionist. My first room has a sewage smell and after the first night, told the receptionist and they immediately let me change to another room.

Very good hotels even rates three stars. The staff are very nice and polite.

Not many drivers familiar with the hotel name or location and the water supply wasn’t consistent during our stay (first night was fine but second night the water became very small after using awhile). Also noted that booking via trip.com might be much cheaper as compared to getting another night from the hotel directly. It cost us 4500TWD to extend a night while it was $128 for our first night.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. We went there for son's inline hockey match, great location for it.

Big space plus got onsen style room. Room looks clean and staff are friendly. Will stay if travel there again.

Location within walking distance to MRT. Food stall available easily surrounding the hotel. Reception are friendly for recommendations for food and transportation. The in room facilities are well replenish daily. There's also an in room bath spa, couple good to enjoy.

Value for money and nice spacious room. However sound proofing is bad. I was staying on 6th floor and could hear clearly every motorcycle that passes by on the road below

Amazing hotel, we are lucky to pick this one by chance, many restaurants and shops nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

All in all not a terrible experience but will not return for reasons below: 1. the bad odor in the room as previously shared (room with hot spring tub). It seemed to me that it was coming from the toilets though. 2. There is no heat function on the AC, only cooling and I felt cold in the middle of the night in early February 3. TV was very bad (sound quality) 4. Bad insulation as I could literally hear people in the next room having a good time, fill their bathtub and chat

Hotel is located on a very quiet street in the heart of Taipei city. It's a bit walk to/from the nearest MRT station. But hotel itself is very contemporary overall and the room I stayed was very spacious, bright and nicely decorated. My 6th floor room comes with a huge window but since it's facing a university female students' dormitory building which was nearly completely deserted due to the ***** New Year holiday, it felt as if you're in the middle of a very quiet small village without much commercial activities and foot traffic It's a great choice if you don't need to use Taipei MRT constantly.

The hotel is super nice and big room. But a bit far from the subway, need to walk 10-15mins.
