Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village Reviews

Check in and check out was easy and fast. The toilet bowl was choked, can't flush. I called the reception at 6am. He said he would send someone. A guy came and he passed me plunger. I asked if he can do it. He said not his responsibility. Before we went out for the day, I told the reception about the problem and wanted them to fix the problem before we come back. Came back to hotel after our activities about 5pm. Toilet bowl is fixed. Yay... But, our room wasn't make up. At 6pm plus, someone knock and ask if we need to clean our room. Well, usually hotels clean rooms in the afternoon and not evening. Of course we rejected the cleaning. Disappointing experience fm an international chain.

There was hardly any service, and the front desk was chaotic. But they're well-off, so they don't have to worry about business.

The bathroom corners are also very clean. The towels are not new but have no odor. The bedding is also carefully washed. There are convenience stores and several restaurants nearby. At this price, the value for money is good in Manhattan

Too noisy, cars on the road, air conditioner sounds like a tractor. Everything else is OK

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.

雖然有些不滿意的地方：位置不錯，距離紐大步行可達，出行地鐵也方便，就是房間比較小，2張1.6米的床幾乎佔滿了，2個行李箱很難有位置放了。但是附近可選的酒店中，這個性價比算不錯的了

總體上比較滿意，位置比較好，離地鐵站比較近，走路可達，床的尺寸比較大，在紐約的酒店很少有大床，可以睡2人。
