The experience was great. The hotel was beautiful however when we got to our room the drain was a little smelly. The shower drain was a little clogged up and water was going out slowly. Struggled to up and close the bathtub stopper, the hotel staff even had to call someone to come and fix it. Whilst at the hot springs someone decided to wear my partners shoes. Enjoyed the breakfast but wished they would cater to foreigners especially for lunch and dinner, had to go out somewhere to find food as the location where the hotel is situated is a bit further from the city central.

Nice and clean hotel near the mountain foot. My only reservation was one of the front staff who wasn’t very helpful and quite confused when we checked in. It took 20 minutes. But we all have our days I guess.

This Huajiantang in Qingcheng Mountain really brought infinite surprises. Xiao Liu and Xiao Ying upgraded the room with a terrace. The hotel's hardware and software are impeccable. Everything is great. Very pleasant. The breakfast is really worth it. The wonton and beef noodles are very delicious. The hot spring is also very comfortable. This hotel is perfect in my mind. I will stay there next time. When I left the hotel, I received a souvenir. It was a surprise. The box was so beautiful.

Facilities: I checked it when I booked it. The hotel will be open in 2023, so the equipment and facilities are very good. There is a tea set in the house, and you can bring your own tea to make tea. The bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower are good; the only shortcoming is that our children mentioned that there is no balcony😄 Service: I must praise the hotel's service staff, who are very warm and thoughtful, and the details are also very good. The service attitude is even better. The room I booked did not have a hot spring ticket. Those two days happened to be my daughter's birthday. The hotel gave us two days of hot springs. The location is very close to Qingcheng Mountain, and the outdoor hot spring is great! When I checked in, I found out that it was a hotel under Zhuzong, and the supporting facilities were great! The front desk was very considerate when I checked in, and I especially praised Xiao Shen, Xiao Ying, and Xiao Chen for arranging the check-in. After learning that we were bitten by mosquitoes, they took the initiative to provide the corresponding items! The breakfast was very rich!

After driving back from western Sichuan, I came to Qingcheng Mountain to rest. I didn't expect to have an unexpected surprise! The hotel's hardware, software and hygiene are all worthy of praise. I soaked in the hot springs before going to bed and it was very refreshing. The breakfast variety was not large but exquisite. The overall experience was good. Before leaving, they followed me to the basement to give me coffee. Thank you very much and look forward to experiencing it again!

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and fresh fruits are prepared. The service of Chen Junjun and Li at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The restaurant also delivers sweet soup to the room in the evening. The breakfast is rich and exquisite. Thanks to Junjun and Xiao Liu at the front desk for their hospitality. They upgraded us to a large room with a terrace. It was very pleasant to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. The room is very spacious and elegant, the two beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the supplies are complete. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the entrance of Qingcheng Mountain, and you can quickly go down the mountain to the hotel to rest. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and I also tasted the local snacks of Dujiangyan, open-mouthed dumplings~ There are various interesting small activities every day, and good night sweet soup is delivered to the room every night. There are also souvenirs when checking out, which is very considerate~

The facilities and equipment of the newly opened hotel are relatively new, but the room price does not match the hotel conditions, the room price is inflated, and this experience failed ☹️

The hotel has good hardware facilities, especially the terrace upstairs is very unique at night, and the children also like to sit on the swing. The location is very close to the front mountain of Qingcheng Mountain. It is estimated that it takes only ten minutes to walk to the direct bus to Qingcheng Mountain. It is also very close to the Qingcheng Mountain High-speed Railway. After climbing Qingcheng Mountain, it was almost one or two o'clock in the afternoon. I went to the restaurant to have a mountain chicken soup hot pot. The adults and children enjoyed it very much. Overall, it is good, but the holiday price is a bit expensive.
