房間設施不如200塊錢的快捷酒店，超級重的黴味，服務相當不專業，淡季人少沒做好準備，就不要接單，外部宣傳的再好，入住體驗後相當糟糕！！

房間沒得説，奔着小院和能帶寵物去的，前台小姐姐提前就建立微信羣，方便有任何問題溝通，有任何需求也是第一時間滿足，服務設施齊全沒得説，環境也好，空氣清新，不知道是不是季節的事，臭大姐是真的多，入住以後還要保潔阿姨來清理一次，有兩個小建議，第一個是最好提供小朋友的洗漱用品和拖鞋，第二個是院裏能有個燈最好了，燒烤的時候實在看不見😂

超預期的體驗～之前在故鄉的雲和野有院之間猶豫了很久 因為院子所以選擇了野有•院 到了發現是明智的選擇！
整體是在原有村落基礎上改造和加建的 景觀和場地整理的也有村落特色 入户體驗和院落露台都是非常加分的體驗
我們住的是一號院。室內設計是偏樸素的設計 但小陳設都還挺可愛的 設備設施也算是比較新 長輩們都很喜歡～衹是來的時間有點短 應該多待幾天的[呲牙]
有幾個小建議 點餐應該提醒有套餐 以及滿300送一箱蘋果 媽媽們因為這些小事情都不開心了哈哈～另外露台的燈還是太暗了 晚上去屋頂看月亮還是有點危險～

住過各地的民宿，算是資深玩家，寫下評價讓大家別踩雷，體驗感極差，初三入住，入住當天上山路上積雪未掃，導致自駕上不去，讓人在另一家民宿的大廳裏等了1個多小時，另外的民宿門口積雪都掃乾淨了，不知道為什麼就是野有院門口的積雪不掃？不為客人出行考慮，此為一差評！
第二，上午10點就有所謂酒店經理過來要求收拾行李退房，她們要打掃衞生消毒以供下一家入住，我就想問我們花了5千多憑什麼要提前走？別人是客人，我們就不是客人了？人還沒走，打掃衞生的人就已經開始趕人了！！！太差勁了，大過年的不想吵架！就聽從安排去了KT V待了一會兒，但是仍然覺得很生氣，如此服務意識，如此的理念，如此經營管理水平？敢問魯商集團就是這樣的作為？
第三，一衹燉土雞能賣到5百多元，也是夠狠的！！宰客也是很厲害啊！

很高興又在濟南周邊發現了一個可以放鬆身心的好地方！我們這次住的是林逾靜小院，首先整體感覺是很文藝的，也是很温馨的，房間陳設都有一定品味，不是廉價的感覺，床品也很舒適。其次每個小院都有一個屋頂平台，早晨或者傍晚在平台上遠眺一下，感受下鳥語花香，可以瞬間舒緩疲憊的身心。還有服務也是很周到的，提出的要求也都會得到滿足，但同時又能給予足夠的空間。而且本來我很擔心夏天的蚊蟲問題，其實也還好。要説不足的話，就是感覺周邊配套還是有些匱乏，可玩性一般，但約上三五好友或者一家人在這小院住上一兩天，哪裡不去也是很幸福的，所以還是五星推薦！

點背遇到停電，停電這樣的問題大家都能理解，大夏天一宿沒空調我們都忍了，我們也沒有要求退房費，本來都挺好的。但是這個經理有點滑頭，也有點業餘，讓開發票，餐費住宿開成一張，抬頭還寫成地址，太不專業，想做好工作先把自己的本職業務學習好

房間寬敞明亮！！前台小哥服務非常到位！主動幫忙拉行李，有啥事隨叫隨到，房子在山裡真的是非常舒服，唯一美中不足的就是鄰居村民有衹大公雞🐓，晚上12點準時打鳴直到天亮，有點崩潰！
