Good location, facilities in general good (internet, air conditioning, safe, minibar, parking, food, cocktails, etc.). Large, cozy pool and well-distributed equipment with lounge chairs and awnings in a well-collected environment. In general, the staff service is good, I do not give the hotel a higher rating since it does not have a sauna room, massage room, gym room, etc. Good experience but it lacks those details to make it complete.

I introduced myself and asked about the rate and upon seeing that the rate was higher and that the reservation would be made by ***********, they matched the price (since they pay commission). The hotel has two air conditioning areas in the rooms or ask for hot weather or cold weather, according to the receptionist's explanation it is cold or hot and not both (UNUSUAL). Although the room has a minibar, it was empty, they do not consider a complimentary bottle of water and they do not sell water after the Bar is closed. To make matters worse with the ambient heat without having the air on, the window that had a vertical ventilation system This opening had a bad hinge and did not open... The towels had brown organic remains from previous use (poor washing). Very well located and its facilities are in good condition… the staff's attention is very good and the rooms are comfortable (it even has an iron and iron). Points to keep in mind: in the bathrooms they do not use conditioner but a single soap-shampoo solution.. the wifi in the room has an unstable signal

Cleanliness and friendliness, always excellent. Only the very soft mattress. Maybe increase in options for dinner. And I think that the rear garden, which borders on parking, should be improved. The lack of green area takes away from the good view and makes the guest look at Casa Andina.

The suite is very comfortable, large and ideal for resting, the terrace with the pool is super, very de-stressing and has a movie bar, it is highly recommended to go for a pisco sour by the pool. The normal breakfast, delicious, but with little variety, but ideal to start the day, (but they are better in the market) I would definitely return, but to stay more days and continue taking advantage of the pool and its location, it is very close to the center so everything We do it on foot and leave the car at the hotel

We went for one night and booked the double room. Spacious, clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a classic buffet, varied and rich. Regarding attention, the staff is 10/10, very attentive all the time. The pool area is great, it makes you want to stay at the hotel. What I would have liked was for the room to have hair conditioning.
