The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. The bedding of Atour is really great. This hotel is located near the art gallery and has a very Su-style aesthetic atmosphere. It is beautiful to take pictures in any corner of the hotel. Clean and comfort environment, and very friendly staff special thanks to Ms. Hua Hua very helpful. The hotel just besides the mall, Very convenient.
One of the best stays I’ve had so far. The hotel staffs were all very helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me with my huge luggage (the road at the front of the hotel is blocked by construction works so my luggage can’t really make its way to the main road). The facilities were all very clean and new, and the room was pretty sound proof too. What I love about this place is that the hotel staff will help to deliver my deliveries straight to my room, which I really appreciate. (Most hotels will require me to head down to the lobby to get the delivered items myself). Overall I had a great rest here and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Suzhou.
One small suggestion: maybe the cleaning staff can make the bed and tidy up the towels when cleaning up the room. I almost thought that my room wasn’t cleaned up when I returned to my room. Other than this, everything was perfect.

Service: The bosses are very enthusiastic, they will say hello when they enter and exit, and will help with luggage. I have the right to upgrade the room type in Trip.com and I will directly help me upgrade. There are cats in the store, which is very good.
Environment: I have to say that the location of this store is particularly good. I was not familiar with it when I first lived. I was tired after visiting Pingjiang Road. I found that the inn was next to the visitor center. Turn left and you can go back to rest immediately. It is very close to the Lion Forest, Humble Administrator's Garden, Subo, and there are a lot of food nearby, which is very convenient.
Facilities: Exceeding my expectations of the inn, the sanitation and cleaning are also not bad.
Disadvantages: The sound insulation is a bit poor. I don’t know if the TV next door is loud or what, it’s a bit noisy.

Excellent. Location is good, breakfast is good and the people serving us are very polite and friendly.
Toilet is clean and the hotel forbids smoking. But I caught one guy smoking at the lift once at level 5 😔.
The street is busy and quite noisy. For light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel but I will choose this hotel again even though I'm a light sleeper.

The hotel is very nice.
We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much.
And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol)
Overall it was very very nice :)

Modern and clean room.
Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center)
The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead.
Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future.
Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better.
What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books.
Breakfast is various and nice, too.

Perfect
JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.
TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.
AAnonymous UserI am very satisfied with the service of this orange hotel
The facilities are very new and just opened this year.
The service is also very good. We will respond to parking, takeout, late check-out, etc.
Breakfast is also rich in variety, fresh and delicious
I particularly like the location because it is within walking distance from the Kunshan Culture and Art Center. It is so convenient to watch performances from Shanghai, especially when there are some popular performances that cannot be bought in Shanghai. The curve saves the country and the price-performance ratio is unparalleled.
RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.
Bbudsarawan chaidaisukStaff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to many attractions & from the hotel you can walk around the old town. Easy to find something to eat there are many local restaurants around the hotel. I will stay this hotel again for my next visit Suzhou.
LLoFungThe hotel is located at the ping jiang road. Good location but not so friendly if you have lots of luggage. Car can't drive it, need to walk about 200-300meter from the main road. The hotel is situated at the 2 ND floor. We need to carry our luggage up.Free han fu experience is only for 2 hr.need to book in advance. Hotel restaurant don't serve any food.Need to prebook. Was stuck in hotel for one whole day because of the typhoon. Em .not much to do in the small room. And they don't serve any food even though we can't go out. Not a very pleasant experience .
GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.
SSxBomb3000📍 Location is quite convenient, jus next to the subway.
👩💻 Front desk were kind, and fast.
☕️ Breakfast was a mixture between western and Chinese cuisine
🛏️ Bed was comfortable.
Id recommend this to anyone! Had an amazing time!
EElena from ChinaI was surprised this hotel was pretty good for its money. High floor, no noise, inside living complex, clean. I stayed 1 night, but it's possible to live there for a couple of weeks, there is a kitchen with all the necessary things, bath tube, living room, bedroom in the apartment.
They gave me a room without disgusting smoke smell. Not sure if all their rooms are non smoking, just it's so hard in China to get a REAL non smoking rooms, most of the hotels just pretend they have them.
Will definitely stay there again.

Very Good
GGuest UserOverall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The young man received us throughout the whole process with a good attitude and awareness. The family saw us and upgraded our room for free. It is worth praising. The style is quite unique. The serviced apar**ent is modern and simple. The security is very high. You need to swipe your card. 24-hour security. The location is excellent. There are shopping malls behind the Jinji Lake Scenic Area. The transportation is very convenient. The hygiene is also very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I will bring my family to play and stay here next time.
