Worst stay experience for 4000RMB per night. We were here with my parents who were visiting China in 4 years. I wanted to give them nice experiences into traditional Chinese culture. And we are so disappointed. It seems like this hotel is almost dead. There is only two staff members and couldn’t speak single English. We were expecting some guides and activities in the hotel but nothing is available. We came down to eat breakfast at 8am and no staff ready to serve and no food prepared. They started to come down at 8 to prepare food. Terrible experience overall. Nothing to do..

The building and the courtyards are beautiful set amidst the village at the foot of the hills. Great hiking directly from the hotel. Wonderful personalized and attentive service. Great for a weekend getaway.

We felt so lucky to find this culture-rich hotel. Every corner has new stories and sceneries. The style was very elegant and aesthetic!!! Especially thank you for all workers! They made our stay even more special. Can’t wait to visiting again in different season!

五一期間，入住喜林苑容春堂，在東山這邊，實在太舒服了。百年建築保護得非常好，能夠感受到歷史的氣息，在人擠人的假期也能靜心感受園林之美。會安排豐富的活動，評彈欣賞、緙絲體驗、採茶、酒會、徒步等，一切都是那麼的細緻周到。酒店裡還有三衹可愛的貓貓和一衹漂亮的柴犬，寵物友好！值得一提的是酒店的容春小館味道很贊，北方人也吃得很舒服，而且優先住店客人，這點非常好。以後還會來，也會去其他地方的喜林苑打卡，已經成為喜林苑的粉絲了。

穿過熱鬧的莫離村口小攤進入冷清的深巷 慢慢前行 直到隱於的東山村落的喜林苑容春堂展現在你眼前 熟悉而陌生 一如十幾年前沿着喜洲午間無人的田間路在一片金黃的稻田中看到喜林苑的那刻驚喜…當然 plan B 提早聯繫工作人員他們會悉心幫忙打理好一切也是極好的選擇 相同的點是…出發吧

跟酒店的體驗完全不一樣，會辦很多活動講解宅子的歷史人文，做手工扇子，做青團，宅子本事也很特別有園有堂別有一番風味。
服務也很周到，有一種強烈的意願把這件事做好。留下一段難忘回憶，推薦

毫不誇張地説，這是在蘇州住得最舒服的一次。明清時期的古宅，很安靜，衹聽見鳥叫聲。喜林苑給的驚喜太多了，飯菜好吃，適合拍照，服務又好，每一位都很貼心，下次還會再來。
