All was good and excellent ,friendly customer services & a well ,cleaned amenties from team housekeeping. Hoping to spend our next vacation here again.

Good hotel to stay in Room was clean and up to date Customer service was excellent Very understanding staffs and hats off to the manager Pool was good Just a suggestion to upgrade the restaurant for lively mood (music, vibrant lights, live music etc) and more affordable menu so guests can eat at the hotel rather than going out to restaurants. Overall 4 out of 5

Perfect location in Suva. First room I stayed in was dated but they moved me to a better room once I complained about the mould smell from the air con. Ask for rooms like 110 that have been renovated. Staff are friendly even if sometimes not as attentive looking at their phones rather than giving full attention on customers. Didn't try the cafe nor the pool but it looked interesting.

Location was good. Walking distance to most things I needed. Staff were accomodating. Room was clean.

Very, very bad, a hotel only worth 20 USD. Cleanliness: Terrible. All towels and sheets were dirty and had bugs. No Wi-Fi, no shower gel.

Very good, I stayed for one night during my transit, the hot water shower was very comfortable, the water flow was very large, the air conditioning was cool enough, there were no other luxurious facilities, it was worth the price
