Perfect location in Suva. First room I stayed in was dated but they moved me to a better room once I complained about the mould smell from the air con. Ask for rooms like 110 that have been renovated. Staff are friendly even if sometimes not as attentive looking at their phones rather than giving full attention on customers. Didn't try the cafe nor the pool but it looked interesting.

Not so bad however the room was not too clean. The glasses were dirty for example and the towels were not changed during my 3 days trip. The swimming pool is mainly for children. The service was good though.

Location was good. Walking distance to most things I needed. Staff were accomodating. Room was clean.

The hotel is very close to the center of Suva. There is the presidential palace and many Chinese restaurants around. There are also some bars. Very convenient. The hotel itself is also very good value for money. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant. The hotel staff are very friendly. 

The musty smell is very strong, taking a shower at night, the water is not hot, and the towels are also poor

The location is very good. It is a fifteen-minute walk from the city. There are Chinese restaurants and McDonald's nearby, which is very convenient. Close to government buildings and stadiums, safe and convenient, you can take a walk nearby after dinner

Staff are friendly. Equipment and facilities are old. If it is not considered as a whole, it is a bit reluctant to get a Samsung. Because it is located on the hillside, the mobile phone signal in the room is very poor. It is recommended not to book time slots on weekends, because there will be families and children and it will be noisy. The windows are not well sealed. Good location.

Was definitely not worth the money I paid for the accommodation. Tried getting a refund and book else where but there was no real person I could talk to at *******. all emails got replied to virtually which made me feel that both the hotel and ******* were just interested in my money rather than supporting me get a better accommodation. Everything that is told in its promotion is not true.

Property was in a great location and a great short stay property with convenience of onsite restaurant and onsite secure parking.Old decor but clean and comfortable.

Friendly service on arrival. No lift available on site. We arrived late and the restaurant cooked us a meal before closing. The room was clean and tidy. The pool is small. Didn’t get the chance to swim. Walking in to town is doable.

Walking distance to the city center and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to when we wanted to extend our stay. As a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay at their 2 bedroom apartment. We would love to stay again at the Suva Motor Inn on our next visit. Vinaka

Staff need to treat local guests equally as they treat overseas guests.
