Very good location. Just opposite of IFS. Walking distance to Taikoo Li and Chunxi. Very AI hotel. Mostly automated - unique experience in such accommodation. Staff services was great! No complains about this property!

On our 2nd night, toilet bidet spoil. Wechat with the hotel late at night and they sent someone to fix the next day. As the part was not available, they help us changed to a new room. Very happy with the prompt response from the hotel and my girl also enjoy the big outdoor mini hot tub. And the hotel location is very good. Walking distance to subway, food n shopping n massage.

The hotel has amazing location, located within the convenient Chunxi Road / IFS Mall (which has the famous crawling panda on the mall building). The whole pedestrian shopping street area and Taikoo Li is just a 1 min walk away. The only downside is the cleanliness of the hotel - could be improved.

Wonderful trip with Mozhu. Very good service, friendly and prompt response with whatever needs required.
It is very convenient as it is located at the center of the town. Walking distance to access malls. Full of local street foods which I love so much, will come back again when I visit Chengdu.

The whole hotel smells like public toilet, especially the room. Imagine sleeping in a toilet. Very poor cleanliness. The cleaner left wiping cloth in our room.
Location is good, just beside IFC. Very accessible.
The hotel doesn’t at all looks like the photos. The exterior of the hotel looks like some nightclub or karaoke. Quite scary.
The price is not valuable for this. Do not recommend!

Had slight hiccups with the Featured Family room I booked - I thought the futon bed includes bedding but apparently it's not. The hotel resolved the issue promptly nevertheless. The lift has a weird smell, suggest to put air freshener. The location was great, just opposite IFS and metro station, convenient to go anywhere.

Very good location , you can go anywhere that you want cause the hotel is opposite the metro (Inside IFS Building) Chunxi Road. The smart hotel is very nice everything is automatic especially toilet. very good.

Good location and rooms with comfortable size but that’s all. Cleaning could be improved in bathroom area with remaining hair. No information about breakfast or pool given. Reception not capable to communicate in English and rather just the minimum during check in and out…
