Hotel location was good. Staff was very cooperative. Rooms are small and was not airy. On the whole a fairly good place to stay if u are out the whole day and just stayng to rest for a while. Food is also avlbl on a call.

In toilet, toilet sheet was damaged. Was literally confused, should i complete my poo indian style on western style toilet or let it be standing. Bed sheet was with spots of something spilled over it. It would be better if attachment optiin was provided.

Sorry it was not so good. It was not comfortable for me at all. There was no towel, no dryer, bed sheet was not wash i guess, it was stained, and doors are not sound proof

Hotel is very near to Surat Railway station and central Bus Stand, Rooms are totaly renovated, nothing to find any fault, cleanliness, service, Everything is perfect, Receptionist behaviour is so good, he help me a lot to chieve my business target, Totally recommended to everyone.

Room was not that much clean and it's having old construction building. Also toilet are old abed not having jet spray

Hotel was not good the room was bad i paid more n upgrade the room still the bed sheet was dirty the blanket was with holes n bad smell the towel were worst over all not happy

Overall good, disciplined staff. Booked through mm t and food was also tasty. Good if you are looking for a low rate with good staff and cleaned rooms.

Our stay at hotel stayinn was awesome. Service providers were very cooperative and sincere. Facilities were good. Washroom were clean and completely working. Extra mattress were provided for children. How can i claim my discount
