This is a shout out to Andrea at the front desk. We are currently staying at the hotel and have stayed there this past September. We were very happy with our room, the free breakfast, happy hour and free laundry services. This time we were not happy with our room and I spoke to Andrea who gave us another room right away and even upgraded us. We so appreciate it and will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area visiting family.

My stay was excellent. Of course there were some bumps along the road like my TV streaming services didn't work the first night but the staff showed empathy, great customer service and a willingness to remedy the situation. I especially want to shout out Maria who was in charge of the cleaning staff who was very pleasant, Camilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and the lady who makes the coffee in the morning (I didn't catch her name). When you have staff that know how to respond and make someone feel better when any issue arises you know you have assets. Especially Camilla who thoughtful enough to inform me of valuable information prior to changing my room like the difference between the noise levels from the rooms facing the highway and not. It helped me keep the kids sleep through the night. These people are total assets. The room sizes were perfect. I had the executive suite. The rooms also were clean and the beds must've been comfortable because I had no trouble sleeping. The Wi-Fi is shaky and goes down sometimes but I can't stress it enough. The staff are so pleasant it wasn't a big sticking point for me.

I stayed at the Residence Inn during Xmas 2019, visiting from Baton Rouge, with my family that includes a 2 yr old and a dog. The hotel had already arranged a crib and checkin was smooth, room was next to the exit on first floor so was easy to take doggy walks! Ramsha, the front desk clerk was friendly and courteous, and helpfully fixed an error on my invoice. Breakfast was good, they had fresh warm waffles! Good value for money suites, with full kitchen.

I enjoyed my stay at this property - the room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything I needed. I slept well and enjoyed the breakfast options - there was a very good range of items and it was tasty and filling. There were some initial issues with my room (I was given the wrong room type when I arrived) but this was eventually sorted out. Mistakes happen, but what's most important to me is that the staff take the necessary action to address them. The hotel has a homey feel that made me feel at home after a long journey. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The pool looked great - I wish I'd been able to try it out - maybe next time. I also really liked the quiet yet accessible location and the price point - I thought it was good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Her name is Judy T. she was always helping and went above and beyond her duties to make sure my family was well taken care of. What can you expect from Beltway 8 and 69 area? Not much. Stayed at least 20 hotels/motels around there and still couldn’t tell the difference between an inn or a big name hotel. Is this Holiday Inn cleaner, easier access, or better than others? Not really. But, it got the job done. Close enough to where I need to be, got a good night sleep, had a great meal at a Chinese seafood place 10 min north of it, and good wings at other side of 69. It was just good enough for me to rebook again.

We stay at ESA motels 3-4-weeks/year, but this one was our first negative experience. While we waited to check in, a lady who had just checked in returned to get some more wash cloths. There was only one for four people. The lady at the desk told her to come back in the morning, when the day shift would help her. We weren't surprised to find that there were no wash cloths in our room. I spoke to the lady on the day shift, but her only response was, ”We're always running short of those.” A bigger surprise came from under a hand towel on the counter. A roach ran across the counter when I moved it. I knocked it into the lavatory and flushed it with hot water. A little while later, we killed a much larger roach under the desk. Think the total was 8 in 5-days. There weren’t any hangers in the closet, and no lighting, either. There was no light at the desk, and none near the recliner. That one had no bulb, so I asked 3 different staff members, but none knew where to get a replacement bulb. We were in the area to help our son move and were exhausted every evening. We ran out of bottled water, so I followed the notice on the refrigerator and went to the 1st floor for a vending machine. I was told the only machines were on the 2nd & 3rd floors on the other end of the building. The one on the 2nd floor had been modified to take credit cards, rather than cash, but it didn’t work. After several futile tries, I went to the 3rd floor and found only an empty alcove where the machine had been located at some point. At least the bed was fairly comfortable and the heater maintained a constant temperature. The shower worked pretty well, once we discovered that the handle works backwards; starting out hot and decreasing to cold. We always take queen rooms and other ESA locations (Waukesha, WI is our most frequent stop) make better use of their space, have better lighting, and cleaner rooms. They also have much appreciated grab bars adjacent to the tub. Both have staffs that are polite, but the one in Waukesha also provides much better service. This motel is a big let down and we’ll never return to it.

This is a shout out to Andrea at the front desk. We are currently staying at the hotel and have stayed there this past September. We were very happy with our room, the free breakfast, happy hour and free laundry services. This time we were not happy with our room and I spoke to Andrea who gave us another room right away and even upgraded us. We so appreciate it and will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area visiting family.

My stay was excellent. Of course there were some bumps along the road like my TV streaming services didn't work the first night but the staff showed empathy, great customer service and a willingness to remedy the situation. I especially want to shout out Maria who was in charge of the cleaning staff who was very pleasant, Camilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and the lady who makes the coffee in the morning (I didn't catch her name). When you have staff that know how to respond and make someone feel better when any issue arises you know you have assets. Especially Camilla who thoughtful enough to inform me of valuable information prior to changing my room like the difference between the noise levels from the rooms facing the highway and not. It helped me keep the kids sleep through the night. These people are total assets. The room sizes were perfect. I had the executive suite. The rooms also were clean and the beds must've been comfortable because I had no trouble sleeping. The Wi-Fi is shaky and goes down sometimes but I can't stress it enough. The staff are so pleasant it wasn't a big sticking point for me.

I enjoyed my stay at this property - the room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything I needed. I slept well and enjoyed the breakfast options - there was a very good range of items and it was tasty and filling. There were some initial issues with my room (I was given the wrong room type when I arrived) but this was eventually sorted out. Mistakes happen, but what's most important to me is that the staff take the necessary action to address them. The hotel has a homey feel that made me feel at home after a long journey. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The pool looked great - I wish I'd been able to try it out - maybe next time. I also really liked the quiet yet accessible location and the price point - I thought it was good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Residence Inn during Xmas 2019, visiting from Baton Rouge, with my family that includes a 2 yr old and a dog. The hotel had already arranged a crib and checkin was smooth, room was next to the exit on first floor so was easy to take doggy walks! Ramsha, the front desk clerk was friendly and courteous, and helpfully fixed an error on my invoice. Breakfast was good, they had fresh warm waffles! Good value for money suites, with full kitchen.

I have stayed here at the Sleep Inn Suites in Stafford Texas room 129 since February 2020 and the staff was excellent. One front desk staff stood out more than any other. Her name is Judy T. she was always helping and went above and beyond her duties to make sure my family was well taken care of. I really appreciate her professionalism and kind attitude during a stressful Covid 19 times.
