OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience...
Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping
Building work on the garden side…!

Booked spontaniously via a friend of mine last minute. We’ve never been intunesia before. The hotel is a beautyful, clean, and comfortable place with a big secured and well-kept garden/ area. All of the worker are very friendly and helpful. My daughter & me enjoyed it so much. Thanks all of you to help to enjoy our time-out we needed so much. All the best! Katharina from Switzerland

Jaz Tour Khalef is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! From the staff to the facilities to the rooms everything is top quality - deserves to be more than a 5 star hotel (if it was possible). The staff are an ultimate credit to the hotel especially the waiters, cleaners & entertainers. The rep is great & always sorts you the best deal for camel, quad & boat trips. The holiday as a whole was definitely a favourite & we are still riding the high! Hotel is perfect for couples, friends & families & is in a great location. The only negative I could say is the selection of alcohol available is slightly limited & I’d say if you have typical picky English eaters the food may be limited for you - although there’s always pasta & pizza for those who don’t indulge in the Tunisian food. Tunisia itself was fantastic, again the only negative is the locals do like to mither, but even so, they are all so lovely & friendly. Safe to say we will definitely be returning in summer when the weather is even better!

Amazing staff so accommodating polite and happy to help . A few staff members to mention Slah, Hasna, Imed, Snoousi, Fredj, Ali, Mohammad, Char and Adel are just a few Atomosphere was spot on and all services was great I wouldn’t say much about the pool could do with an uplift Grounds around the outside pool and beach was lovely for a swim and food was a great variety

We're still here (Rebecca and Chris - with the rose) and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is amazing, drinks are great, and the food is top notch. My birthday was on Friday and they brought out a wonderful cake with candles. I feel like we have made friends here and it's such a beautiful place to stay. When you get here, ask for Joe as he will well and truly hook you up with some fun activities. We also bought a fun boat trip from Captain Smiley Miley, which is obviously not his real name but should be. Make sure you check out the medina and be prepared to haggle. We're here until Thursday and I'm so happy we came. Thank you Jaz Tour Khalef for looking after us so well.

Just returned last night from our 12th stay at this fabulous hotel. We were there for a quick 3 night stay for our wedding anniversary and we were truly spoiled by the team there. Champagne and flowers on arrival on Friday then on Saturday our actual anniversary the room was decorated with balloons and towel art with rose petals by Tunis the housekeeper. Dinner at the beach a la carte with yet more flowers and a cake. Great food and serenade by the violinist. Was just perfect. Thank you to Mehrez Saadi, Moez for our booking, Ridha for our room refreshments, Karim the best waiter ever in the main restaurant, Said in the a la carte, Marwen by the pool, Baccar and Marouan for drinks at the pool and all the other bar, waiting and housekeeping teams

amazing hotel this has got to be the best hotel in sousse the attention to detail with everything is spot on the pool area is beautiful as are the gardens the rooms are large and clean the maids do an amazing job as do all the staff there. the food is the best I have ever had in Tunisia we really could not fault the hotel i would recommend the jaz tour khelife 100%
