The hotel is a bit far from Sousse city center, which makes it very quiet. The beach outside the hotel is also less crowded than in the city center, which is a plus. Our room faced the sea and had a view of the pool. It seemed like this was the only hotel open in the vicinity, and the service was good!

The hotel provide the breakfasts and dinners and all are good taste. Good location and great service.

Breakfast is amazing and the bed is very comfortable

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The amazing customer service was the standout point, especially from the manager, Hamdi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Really grateful for the amazing service!.

It's unbelievable. how can they got the licence from Marroit group. Just destroy the reputation of Marroit. countless times have stayed in different marriot but only this time us really a bitter experience....washbasin was broken . after complain they repaired but the whole nights metalana stings eyes and the throat is itching. See picture 1. they stood two sticks to support the basin .see picture 2. Their sliding gate to the balcony also has the frame bar falling down . see picture 3. Breakfast almost looks so big table full of foods but in fact very few items and much less suitable . we had too wait in a long queue to get one egg omelet. . . shocked. Only there is no second Marroit faculty like this. Anyway I am the guest number.. 不知道万豪是怎么审核通过的这家酒店居然打了万豪的名分。打扫卫生老是忘记，还不给放上饮用水。洗手台是破裂的，投入后虽然维修了，甲醛味道刺激的一宿嗓子疼，头疼。阳台拉门立框断裂，，早餐看上去很大台面，可是能吃的了了无几。所以大家都排队煎鸡蛋。排队至少得20分钟，是在是太慢了，反应了多次也没有增加个炉头，，不说了。多年来头一次经历这样的万豪，我还是会员，老万豪了。
