Superb location, good welcome and the room overlooked the beach

I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

Good condition, waterfront room 10 minutes walk from the city center and all its shops! Restaurants, bars, tobacco, currency exchange, pharmacy, there is everything nearby for a very good stay, I only stayed 3 nights. I recommend this residence!

I am impressed by our stay at this hotel) We checked in quickly, without any problems. But the tourist tax had to be paid only in Dinars, which we did not have. Fortunately, the exchanger was around the corner, which was very convenient. The room was double, but for some reason there was only one towel, there wasn’t even soap! There was toilet paper, and thank you for that))) The sheet was stained, okay, I’ll survive it 😁under the windows at night the music was playing so hard that it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom is a separate issue, the renovation there is already so old that everything is moldy, rusty 🤢other than that, the room is clean! Next, food! There is only breakfast and dinner here. Breakfast is a croissant, manna loaf, egg, jam, butter and instant coffee and that’s it 😁dinner, salad, then grilled meat, also with vegetables and fries. dessert was given melon and watermelon, and thank you for that! But when we asked for coffee or tea, they brought it to us for a fee, which we were not immediately informed about 😁in total, tea and coffee cost us 6 dinars. We left our room late and swam on the beach. I ran into the reception and the administrator looked at me menacingly and handed me the phone; our travel agent was on the line, and asked me to quickly vacate the room. I was asked 20 dinars for late departure. In the end, we rushed to get ready and were literally waiting for us to hand over the keys. Total! I don't recommend it at all! Children have nothing to do in this hotel! From the word absolutely! And adults too 😁pass by the hotel and you won’t regret it 😁

Family hotel, we still remain disappointed with the service. A decent room, which deserves a refresh on the sanitary area. The air conditioning only works occasionally. We had half board, the meals offered were not varied at all. We will have to become much more creative on the menus, remove certain recurring dishes and opt for traditional dishes. It should be noted that I was able to request a different dessert as I did not like the one offered.

It's not a residence but a terrible hotel, ants in the room, water dripped from the ceiling in the bathroom, not to mention the rust around the pipes......the water for washing was brown, my friend and I had half board, forget it, the food is truly disgusting!!!!!! we had to give up, in summary I don't recommend it at all, on the site where I booked there was a photo of the hotel, it looked beautiful, fake photo!!!!!!!! Don't be fooled by what they write, if you travel a little you will find excellent resorts!!!!!!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, la vue sur la mer est magique, la chambre vaste, propre, fonctionnelle. Bravo à toute l'équipe, merci pour votre gentillesse, une mention spéciale pour Karim ! Au plaisir de vous revoir tous ! La plage est juste en face. La chambre est dotée d'une petite cuisine, on peut y manger comme à la maison avec une imprenable sur la mer.
