During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the hotel manager's poor hospitality manners further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and promptness, the manager displayed dismissive behavior and failed to provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience and left me feeling deeply disappointed with my stay. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize guest comfort, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure that their staff is trained in exceptional customer service. By doing so, hotels can create a welcoming and satisfying experience for their guests.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel since they add unwanted "travel precaution" to a booking. We made a booking of over €25k and they added (without asking for it) an insurance which apparently is only valid within the hotel of €4 pppn. If we didn't want this we had to cancel this (that is what they told us after we noticed this on the final receipt). Clearly we should have carefully read the small print, but since we have been before there we supposed we could trust this hotel. Aside that, please keep in mind that they charge €4 per bottle of TAP water! So no, I would recommend you to find a fair hotel!

Dieses Hotel heißt Paradies und ist ein Paradies. Wir waren zum ersten Mal da und ich habe mit über das Hotel auch aus Bewertungen informiert. Was manche Gäste da schreiben kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wie kann man am Ende des Urlaubs über die Abrechnung der Konsumation am Abend überrascht sein? Man bekommt die Abrechnung jeden Morgen zum Frühstück vorgelegt. Das Hotel ist super und in weiten Teilen offensichtlich kürzlich erst renoviert worden, der Rest soll bald folgen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, frisch, saisonal, abwechslungsreich und man hat ständig auch noch die Qual der Wahl - italienische Küche und eine hervorragende Pizza gibt es auch. Der Service freundlich, zuvorkommend und kinderlieb. Letzlich liegt es auch noch direkt an der Piste - was also soll noch besser sein?

Hotel in posizione panoramica ottimale per condurre escursioni. Personale alla reception, in sala ristorazione e le addette alle pulizie sempre professionali e cortesi. Cucina eccellente con materie prime sia a colazione che a cena. Piscina interna e vasca idromassaggio esterna ben riscaldate. Ampio parcheggio coperto gratuito disponibile.

Struttura curata e pulita immersa in una località meravigliosa e non affollata dagli assalti dei vacanzieri d'agosto. Colazione e cena eccellenti, gestione puntuale e discreta e precisa, personale gentile e professionale, unica difficoltà al bar dell'hotel perché la ragazza non parlava italiano. Non abbiamo usufruito molto della Spa e non posso giudicare. Grazie a tutti per la meravigliosa vacanza.

Località incantevole tra le montagne. Hotel ben gestito e organizzato. Bici e moto a noleggio (anche e-bike), comodissimo per le varie funivie della valle. Consiglio di acquistare tessera abbonamento per salire e scendere da tutte le funivie e seggiovie viaggi illimitati. Hotel molto pulito, area piscina relax grande. Ottima esperienza

Ho apprezzato soprattutto il servizio sia alla Reception che nelle camere e oltremodo al ristorante. Colazione: Extra. Mai visto un buffet così ricco e...ordinato. La cena(avevamo la mezza pensione )super. Menu vario con i piatti impreziositi dal tocco dello Chef. Il punto più che dolente , per meglio dire interrogativo è relativo alla camera assegnataci. Al secondo piano . Entri e a sx trovi una porta a vetri che non "cela" i servizi. Niente privacy ! Bidet assente,il che ti costringe a farti una doccia...fuori orario . Quindi il lavabo e per finire la doccia . Vorrei conoscere l'architetto che ha progettato questa ristrutturazione. Il servizio quasi eccellente,come già sottolineato , della Reception e del Ristorante , per fotuna ha "addolcito"la pillola.
