Travel makes it easy with a train station nearby hotels. This hotel is perfect. Just opposite the train station. With lots of attractions within walking distance and shopping like zara. The staff are were nice. we left our passport in the hotel and left for shopping. We called and the receptionists quickly checked our room and found our passport. We got back our passport with a cute and friendly advice from the male receptionists and left to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh bedsheets are very important which they had. Very safe and nice location. A big thank you to the receptionists Luggage Storage is available. Elevator too.

Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

The location is great, very close to the Grand Place and the train station. For a hotel in this price range in Europe, the rooms are quite spacious. The front desk has a charming European decor, but the soundproofing of the room windows could be better.

1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.

A fabulous centrally located hotel, one street back from the Grand Place. The hotel has a stylish bustling coffee shop which is sectioned off in the morning for B&B guests. The room was basic but very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely bright modern bathroom. The view was of a corregated roof but I wasnt there for the view and found it quite amusing. Mark was fabulous on reception who I really enjoyed talking to. It was a perfect hotel for a city break and I would stay here again.

From the hotel it's only a small walk to the centre of Brussels, and explore the most famous sightseeing places. I had a great stay at Yadoya, the people working there were very friendly. The room was clean and had an airco, which was amazing in the hot summer days.

The location of the hotel is OK, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the city center and the central railway station. The hotel front desk service is average, not hot or cold, and the hotel is relatively clean. The only drawback is that the shower drains very slowly, which feels bad.

➕It’s a nice place to stay, big common area and the kitchen. Luggage storage is for free. Good location, have an elevator. Close to the historical city center. Friendly staff. ➖ Beds has no curtunce, less privacy and not dark. I confused check out time (it’s 11) and part of my personal belongings are missing.

Could not have asked for a better location in Brussels! Just around the corner from Mannekin de pis and The Grand Place, neighbouring a beautiful cathedral and lots of places to eat and drink around the area 🧇🍫🍺🍟🥨 The room was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We enjoyed using the complimentary products, dressing gowns and slippers. Mini-bar also available with free bottles of water. Bed was super comfy and the walk-in shower was brilliant.

+ good location - tried to call the hotel several times upon arrival, but nobody answered - arriving by car not recommended: no own parking, the nearby public parking Grand Place is a terrible place. Everywhere smells like piss, no easy access to the hotel - breakfast is average: no good coffee, no special local food
