The hotel was nice and friendly.
I ordered room services and food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend and also there’s vegetarian options in the menu.
Room was clean and the atmosphere in hotel is chill. But the room we selected had no proper wardrobe.
I personally liked their interior style.
Would visit again when I come to Brussels :)

The overall color matching and small details are very retro. It is a hotel suitable for young people. The air conditioner does not seem to have warm air. There is a supporting parking lot next to it. You cannot go directly to the hotel by elevator. It is 18 euros a day, which is quite convenient. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the square.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is super cute, great art, and very clean. Loved the pink toilets. The staff was very nice. I had laundry I needed cleaned even though I was checking out and they accommodated me no problem. The beds were the best part, super comfy and fluffy pillows! Would recommend!!

Post Christmas trip. 1st time visiting Brussels. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the city and its bars, restaurants and museums. The Hoxton was located within easy reach of everything. The Cantina Valentina restaurant situated in the hotel was excellent both for delicious food and great value for money. Would highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.

The Hoxton is a lovely hotel. Our corner room on the 20th floor was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff on the desk were very helpful and friendly. If I was being really picky, there was quite a queue to check in and out but it did go down relatively quickly. The bar in the lobby and the roof top bar is lovely.
Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience in the resteraunt bar in the lobby. It was extremely busy and we had to continually ask for drinks and remind them that we have ordered. It took 2 hours and a half hours to get our food as they had forgotten to put the order through. When the food did come, it was lovely. It was a little disappointing as we had spent a lot of money.
Overall, the hotel is lovely and within walking distance of the town centre.

Good stay overall. Would probably try somewhere else next time.
Positives - Clean, modern and stylish, staff on front desk excellent. Beds comfortable.
Negatives - location not the best, staff in restaurant and drinks area very very slow. No dressing gowns in rooms. Woken at 3.30 am by. Fire alarm - not great when on 19th floor and freezing outside to be told in error as soon as get outside. One of those things but no apology. Have to wait a long time to get luggage in lift from reception to lower floor to main lifts. Small ******* really.
