The Great Madras by Hotel Calmo

Hi the worst hotel to go too. It's so dirty and not clean at all. Even they change room for us the toilets was still dirty and smelly too. We clean the toilet our ownself also still it was dirty and had hairs in the floor . Thank god we lock our room door no privacy at all. The room service guy wanted to open teh door without asking there was customer in room and all. No privacy man. How can they do this. We didn't feel comfortable to stay again the same place so we change to new hotel. It was worst experience for us.

Perfect place to relax after a tiring day roaming around SG. Near MRT and bus stations. Clean room, good amenities. No problem encountered at all.

Location is near little india & rochor mrt stations about 5 mins walking distance. Price is a little expensive for a 3-star hotel. Considered the better one along the area

Book the hostel but it was too small so paid another $60 for the balcony room which wasn’t any much difference except an own toilet/bathroom which is small and cramped! Found clipped toe nails and random black stain and also someone’s eyelash extension on the bed. Honestly a horrible experienced and i paid $128 for this kind of cleanliness, Disgusting.

2nd time stay here n better experience for staying in room this time as private bathroom n better bed

Hello Trip. com and The Great Madras by Hotel Calmo, REQUEST A REFUND. December 28- Jan 2 2024. But actually on the 29th December we already went out and decided to booked another hotel in Orchard, We are very unsatisfied and sad about the service and the hotel. Before our check in, we request to upgrade our room and many times you rejected our request. until one staff told us, upon arriving we will add to upgrade the room with bathroom $150. We called many times and they rejected it. December 28- we checked in and add money, then at night the aircon got problem, its not making the room cooler. (instead they give us a fan)what a kind of service is that. also the staff promise us on the next day December 29, they will check and change our room. But then they said they will check again on Dec 30, 2023. they offer us to give 2 fan again. and in the room its too hot! We just want to be comfortable to sleep and one of the guest under medication. May we ask a refund for the 5 days since we didn't stay there and you didn't even call us if there is a room or if you are concern about it. Hope you get this mail. You may check the below, that we book to another hotel on that day..

The room is too small to pray inside the room to follow kiblat. So not friendly for muslim. But okay to stay as 1 night rest. Comfortable and have a lot of plug to charge hehe. That is plus point.

Nice hotel but small room it’s location also very good point for Bangladeshi traveller
