Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

I stayed at Yotelair Jewel for a night on 18th Dec before I went to catch my flight to Shanghai on 19 Dec. The location is great, it's in Jewel and within 5 to 10 mins walk to Terminal 3 via the 24hr linkway. The room was cozy and shower facilities are functioning well. Thank you Yotelair!

Great place (but expensive!) The room needs some maintenance… the temperature controller was not working (blank display, couldn’t change any settings). Fortunately the a/c was working, even though it rattled all night long! The power outlets at the bed did not work. I tried the switches but the power never came on. Fortunately, I had a battery that kept my phone alive until I needed the alarm. Overall, a nice room, good accommodations but the room needs some maintenance.

Repeated visit and did not disappoint. Check in was quick and room is as advertised, furnished adequately and comfortable. However, room had a damp carpet smell. Location is amazing. MRT, supermarket, mall with outlets stores and numerous eateries around. One of my undisputed favorites.

There is microwave n cooking hood if you want to do your own cooking. Also got plate , bowl, pot n wok, spoon n fork. The fridge also got 1 small freezer n a portion to put wine. Place very near ntuc too to buy food for cooking.

The trip began with a thoughtful phone call from the resort to remind me about my booking for the day, which I appreciated as it made me feel well-prepared. However, I was informed during the call that parking was chargeable, which slightly dampened the mood, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Kelvin, was both welcoming and accommodating. He provided excellent service and made us feel at ease right from the start. Our first impression of the room was positive—the interior was clean and well-maintained, though I did notice that the exterior required some attention. There were stains visible on the bus, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained recently. The room's amenities were well stocked, and we were particularly impressed by the high-quality products from Ink & Water, which added a nice touch to our stay. One slight issue we encountered was that the room we were allocated had some plants blocking the view from the bus driver’s seat. This made it difficult for us to take clear pictures of our kids in the driver's seat, which was a bit of a disappointment. The minibar in the room, however, was lacking refreshments, which was a bit of a letdown. It would have been nice to have some basic drinks or snacks available for convenience. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unfortunately unreliable, which left our kids disappointed as they were looking forward to some online entertainment. However, Kelvin was very understanding and offered a kind gesture by providing an alternative solution to make up for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. It’s small acts like these that can make a big difference in the overall experience. The BBQ area had a grill available, but unfortunately, the grill mesh was not cleaned, so we had to prepare our own grill wire mesh. The seating area was well-lit, although the lighting was spoiled on the first night. We reported this issue to Kelvin, and while we were informed that it couldn’t be swapped out, he offered a lamp if necessary. On the second night, after further feedback, the staff were kind enough to help resolve the issue, ensuring we had proper lighting for our BBQ. The room’s air-conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable throughout the stay. All the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including Western, Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Vegan sets. While the taste was passable, it was convenient to have such a diverse selection to choose from. Check-out was scheduled for 11 am, with no flexibility in timing, despite it being a Sunday. We were informed that the resort would be packed, which is understandable, though it would have been nice to have a bit of leniency in case we needed more time. The main reason for a later check-out was that our kids were napping, and a little extra time would have been appreciated to avoid rushing. As there were no staff operating after 6 pm, we were provided with a number to call in case of an emergency. However, during office hours, there was no number available to call, and we had to walk over to the office if any issues arose. This could be an area for improvement to make communication more accessible. The resort offers two exits: one leading directly to the beach and the other towards the Changi Village Hawker Centre. Both options were convenient for exploring the area, and we appreciated the accessibility of both.

Reception was really nice and took the time to kindly explain all the available amenities and timings. Also noticed that it was my birthday and kindly prepared and sent a cake to the room. The room itself was really clean. Just slight small stains on the bedsheet, no bidet, and the bathtub was so small and slightly hard to get in/out of. The club experience was pretty decent. Good and unique spread of food available (rojak) along with an array of drinks. The breakfast cafe the next day was a mess. Buffet spread but with too few servers. There were no clean tables around and 8/9 cups taken were stained or unwashed. Noticed that there were alot of exchange students and foreigners so could have been a peak period with not enough staff. Breakfast itself was average. The youtiao was so hard, soymilk with no flavor, egg station server broke my sunny sideup yolk. But the fried rice was pretty decent, loved the creamy spinach and tater tots were very crispy! Overall, would not come again unfortunately. Experience as a whole was disappointing for a 4* hotel. Only kudos was to the receptionist and the club lounge staff.

My stay at Changi Cove was quite pleasant overall. The staff across all departments were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed the quietness and serenity of the surroundings, providing a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz. However, one downside I encountered was during heavy rain, which seemed to be a bit of an issue, possibly affecting outdoor activities or mobility within the compound. The room itself, designed for three people, was spacious and comfortable with a nice ambiance. One small inconvenience was that while the bathroom had enough space, there were no hooks or racks provided to hang individual towels and clothes when changing, which would have been useful. Overall, Changi Cove offers a tranquil environment with excellent service, making it a great choice for those seeking a peaceful getaway near Singapore's bustling city life.

It’s actually a really good hotel for families given the pool / activities / space & the bonus of excitement for the children seeing the aircrafts flying low overhead. Golf view, the open landscape and constant breeze was amazing. Service and location was not bad but not good either so have rated it average. The location was what we would like in terms of being ‘faraway’ and private giving it a good staycation view and vibe. I would want to go back if not for the cleanliness of the pool waters….it is DISGUSTINGLY dirty water. Which is a shame given the very very good setup / view / length. Like me explain - As the hotel is part of a club, the access to gym, beautiful golf course, courts facilities are open to members. This makes the experience feel more like you are staying in a club rather than a hotel, which is fine. But how would you feel seeing big sweaty work out men come from playing tennis, take off their sweaty leg wear, sit by the pool and soak their feet in the pool into the water you are swimming in?!?!? We were wondering beforehand why the underwater have SO much dirt and sediment….this was so disgusting I could NOT wash my kids and I clean enough after that. I reckon this happens every weekend as they are members, staff was use to it and didnt think anything was wrong with it. Maybe I’m a clean freak but hey, I’d like to invite these men and their kids to swim in their own pool of dead leg skin and sweat and if they are ok with it I’ve got nothing to say.

We booked a Standard Quad Room with 2 King Size beds.  This can accommodate up to 4 persons.  So the room is spacious for couples like us.  The resort has a gate which opens to the Pasir Ris Park and this is ideal because we were there to watch birds in the park.  Otherwise with its water-game park and mall near by, the resort is still ideal for non-business travelers.  There are plenty of BBQ area on the 1/F.  This makes the place a bit noisy on one Saturday night during which we stayed, but fortunately the noise died down after 22:30.  The bathroom is a bit basic and the toilet seat does not match the size of the toilet bowl
