Guest UserThe front desk staff had an abysmal attitude; I didn't feel like I was being served at all. There was absolutely no useful information provided – nothing about the hotel's shuttle service, the fact that the kids' club costs extra, or details about adding breakfast. The service was utterly terrible. Having stayed at so many five-star hotels, I've noticed that only the Chinese front desk staff provide the worst service, while those who speak English are far superior. The Splash water play area was good, but the Buds indoor playground charges a fee. The bakery on the first floor offers inexpensive bread that's huge and affordable. However, the Louge restaurant's prices are outrageously expensive, probably double what you'd pay outside. A bak kut teh, which normally costs around 20 SGD elsewhere, is 40 SGD here – you'd be better off adding breakfast to your stay. The location is also quite remote. Given this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel itself is beautiful, though.

A hotel with a direct view of the Merlion from the window. I booked this hotel because it was listed as being close to Merlion Park, but it's actually three or four subway stops away. However, you really can see the Merlion from the hotel room, with absolutely no obstructions!
Surroundings: If you exit from the back of the hotel and cross the street, there's a mall, I think it's called Suntec City. You can catch the subway directly from there, and the mall also has Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Toast Box, among other eateries.
Front Desk Service: The front desk service was excellent. There wasn't any Chinese-speaking staff the day I checked in, but my broken English was perfectly fine.
Hygienic: The hygiene was top-notch; the cleaning staff were very diligent every day, and there's a turndown service. Plus, there's unlimited free water refills, which is so important in Singapore!
Around the hotel, you can find the Duck Tours and sightseeing buses, all within walking distance.
There's also a small bar out back, perfect for a relaxing beer in the evening. If you turn left from the back exit, there's a 7-Eleven, though the selection isn't very extensive.
The hotel restaurant offers its own dinner service, and I saw they have BBQ – looking forward to trying it next time!

Better BettyBooked the room for the Marina Bay view, and got a room on the 34th floor. The Sands view was from the side, which was still pretty good. The twin room was perfectly fine for two adults and two kids. The hygiene was also decent. The only slight inconvenience was having to stand in the bathtub to shower. I recommend paying the deposit in cash, as it's quicker and more convenient to get back.

Staying within Mandai Wildlife Reserve makes it incredibly convenient to walk to the zoo. The hotel is beautifully integrated with nature, lush and green, exactly how we like it. If you're spending at least two days in Mandai, it's definitely worth considering this place for the sheer convenience.
The breakfast, as many have noted, has a seemingly long buffet line but isn't particularly diverse. However, you can always find something good to eat if you pick and choose. I especially liked the DIY fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
Service varies from person to person. All the ladies I encountered were very friendly, especially when I arrived early to drop off my luggage; their warm and thoughtful service truly made me feel at home. The Chinese-speaking gentlemen at the front desk were also very attentive, patiently and meticulously answering questions, and specifically informed me that the shuttle bus to the Bird Paradise was free. The bellhops were also super nice. On our first day, we stayed at another hotel, and our Grab driver mistakenly dropped us off here. They clearly directed us where we should go and even explained how to walk over the next day. When we checked out, one of them quickly ran to help carry our luggage downstairs, and at the car, someone else immediately took over to load it. These were all different individuals, showing that this level of service is their standard.
However, there were also very frustrating aspects. Apart from the ladies at the front desk, several dark-skinned male staff members were unhelpful and wore cold expressions. In the room, I could hear a sharp 'green beep' noise every few seconds, constantly. After opening the door, I confirmed it was coming from outside the room. At 9 PM, I played a video recording of the noise for a dark-skinned staff member at the front desk (who wasn't short), and he said someone would be sent to fix it immediately. When I returned from a walk after 10 PM, the noise was still there. The in-room phone to the front desk was always unreachable. Eventually, I had to call the front desk from my mobile phone for someone to answer, and they said they'd send an engineer. It took about ten to twenty minutes for someone to arrive and resolve it. When they opened the door, I saw the hotel's utility room across the hall was open, and the noise was indeed coming from there. This was truly exasperating; there was no follow-up communication or apology afterwards. Is it because I had a recording that they finally dealt with the issue after I reported it at the front desk and called repeatedly? It was really annoying and spoiled the mood.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from MRT Exit C, so the location is pretty good. It's also convenient to take the green line to NTU and downtown, making it a great value for money spot.
The rooms aren't huge (it's Singapore, after all), but they're stylish, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside was our room, 629. It had an emergency window (I saw on the floor plan that two rooms per floor have them), and the sound insulation from the outside was quite poor. At first, I even wondered if the window wasn't closed properly.
There wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese when we checked in, but there was when we checked out.
Little tip: There's an ice water dispenser at the bar next to the front desk where you can get free ice water! 😄

Guest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. It's truly rare to find this quality and price in Singapore. It's well-suited for business travelers, but if you're looking for good value and don't specifically need a family-friendly hotel, this one is excellent. The hotel is new, and the service is great. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, which is common in Singapore, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway – when in Rome, do as the Romans do!

Rayson SeahThe hotel was posh right from the entrance, we were greeted by a warm reception at the entrance with help from the staffs to bring the luggages up to the reception area. Less than 2 mins, we were being served by the receptionist and taken down our needs for the 3 nights if any, so we requested for a late checkup on day 4 morning subjected to room availability.
Thereafter, the room card was issued and breakfast instruction were briefed, a very nice ambience was felt as we walked in the isle leading to the hotel rooms lift. Immediately the urge of a nice cold beer or a sluppry cocktail would be ideal..
As we reached the room, a sense of cleanliness and home coming was felt in the air.
What a place for us the next 3 nights...
As we were on a biz trip, we were always on the move, the breakfast was sumptuous and choice of breakfast was great for us, a wide spread of choices were catered. We aint choosers too..
Refreshing juices and fresh bread choices were always on the top of our pick.
Last but not least, we would like to thank Pullman Singapore Orchard for the wonderful reception and great services rendered.
See you again in September as we will definitely return to stay.

Anonymous UserWorried about the bed type being decided at check-in, but luckily, I got the twin room I requested! Even though it was a late check-in in the middle of the night, I got a high-floor room with a nice view and it was so quiet – perfect. It was hot outside, but the air conditioning and the room fan kept me very comfortable and pleasant. Toothbrushes and slippers were also provided. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Thanks to this, I had an amazing trip. I definitely want to stay here again!

JJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was.
The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities.
Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

callovestravellingI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean, which really added to the comfort. The location is also perfect—very convenient and close to VivoCity and Sentosa, making it easy to visit Universal Studios and explore the area. Highly recommended for both leisure and convenience!
