Building was loud you can hear everything in the rooms next door and above you people sound extremely loud walking around. No privacy. People running hall all hours.

Could not access digital key nor did the hotel have internet. Very inconvenient with children because we could not leave our room because we had no key card at all!
Very poor service for travelers with children.

Nice staff. Clean facility. Bathroom and shower are great. Bed is too soft for my husband; okay for me. soft. Sheets are ill-fitting and thin.

We had a wonderful stay here ! We really like this brand .
The only thing I could recommend is new or better pillows . Ours were pretty flat. Otherwise we enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening and the room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel feels like a home away from home. You get a full kitchen with a decent size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Our room was not clean and we found a few things around the room but the manager (Mr. Luis) was really nice and made it right. Our group had 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space in this room. I will definitely go back.

Overall a nice property. However, breakfast was lacking (their hot food was oa**eal, make it yourself waffles, and sausage and egg biscuits) and the « kitchen » had no cooktop (they said you could ask for a hot plate from the front desk). Also there was mo tub in my room, just a shower stall, I forgot to check since I thought all hotel rooms had tubs.
So overall this place was new and nice, better than Hampton Inn in terms of physical plant, but if you care about a hot breakfast or plan on cooking in your room don’t stay here.
