真的沒有想到一個酒店還不如賓館，晚上那麼晚趕到，結果你告訴我沒有空調，還説都壞了，那你一開始發佈這個酒店訊息的時候就應該標註酒店空調壞了啊，收那麼貴，結果沒有空調，更無語的是就連WiFi，電視都沒用，打電話催好幾次説讓幫忙看看，沒有一個人，服務態度真的好敷衍。並且空調壞了不應該退點錢嗎，還什麼都壞了，服務態度那麼差，就連房間裏面的燈也是不太亮，很暗，還有要不是那麼晚了，真的很想退了，真的就無語了，請大家狠狠避雷，還有最重要是這個酒店在山裡麪，周圍連賣吃的都沒有，請大家謹慎訂購，避雷。還有那個床頭的電話都是空號，打的都沒用。

前台要退房的時候就一直沒人。本來有事兒就急得要死，前台竟然還都沒人。房間老舊，隔音非常差。每次換洗衣一點都不及時。沒事千萬別住這裏，百分百後悔。

從來沒住過這麼爛的酒店
1.裝修。房間頂都掉了，淋雨噴頭衹能放地上，不然會掉
2.衞生。床單是破的，有一滴油，窗台瓷磚有異物。枕頭是黃的
3、被子，是冬天的厚度，熱死
4.空調，壞的，用不了，前台説不熱，九月中旬不熱？
5.態度，一般都是一個床兩個枕頭，他們衹有一個，説再拿兩個，小氣得很，衹拿一個。
空調幾天都修不好，説拿兩個電風扇，因為是標間，不拿，説不夠，其實根本沒什麼人住那個酒店，小氣，説一個房間衹能拿一個，我定酒店的時候顯示有空調，結果用不了，自己有問題，還不承擔，蠻牛的酒店，推推搡搡的，生怕自己吃了一點虧，沒見過這種，遲早倒閉

一星都不想給，關門倒閉吧，什麼玩意！房間有味道，插座不通電 ，空調也不好，無緣無故就沒電了，沒一樣好的，差到極致！能開就好好經營，不能開就趕緊關門，別再坑人了！

房間衞生還可以，就是空調有些老舊，晚上睡覺開着空調聲音很大有些吵着睡不着覺，環境挺好的，在那裡很安靜。

入住酒店最坑的一次，晚上27度競然沒空調可用，老闆推薦電風扇。環境一般，服務不是一般的差。房間設施老舊。非常非常不滿意的入住體驗。

一，服務態度差，辦理入住時，工作人員，讓客户一直等待，一直等待，要不是太晚，要不是在攜程訂好，不能退，早走了。
二，房間太臭，太臭，開窗通風及換氣半小時後重新進入，依然無法緩解味道。
三，房間拖鞋太紮腳太硬，床單破洞，枕頭套發黃，桌面有煙灰。

垃圾酒店，硬件設施簡陋，衞生差，入住酒店時牙膏就被人拆除，房燈不亮，隔音效果差到極點，淋浴壞，比工地上公棚還爛
