如果價格更友好一些，我想住這裏不挪窩了。實在太舒服的地方了。山清水秀草綠空氣清新，真的很舒服，夏天去玩水再好不過了。牯牛降也不錯，左進右出，基本不爬山，四個小時玩山探水。五星好評。酒店早餐也不錯，在度假型酒店裡合格了。

酒店環境絕了，彷彿世外桃源。自駕導航“牯牛降大酒店停車場”就行，提早和酒店聯繫會有工作人員在停車場等着幫忙搬運行李。停車場出來過了馬路和一座小橋就到度假村裡麪啦！工作人員態度都很熱情有禮，我老公腰扭到了還貼心的準備了電瓶車、冰袋和雲南白葯。去牯牛降景點玩的話可以在大堂掃二維碼買門票，90元，酒店的電瓶車可以送到景點門口，還是很方便的。

是跟牯牛降合作的酒店，是這裏相對最好，沒有之一，畢竟價格在這。優點：
1.環境優美，水是山上下來的活水，真的很清！
2.服務很到位，進來有人一對一指引，需要什麼都會送過來。
3.離牯牛降幾百米吧，很方便。
但是在這個地方1000元上下的價格，以上的優點其實都是基本配置，基於這個價格，個人感覺有以下幾點不足
1.其他基礎設施不足，比如休閑區，衹有一個小童桌球和桌面足球
2.點了一個下午茶108，等了快40分鐘才端來，而且堅果全都綿了，都是冰箱拿出來的，這個體驗很差！
3.缺少娛樂設施，並沒有配置健身房，書吧，spa館等等，小童樂園也小的可憐，畢竟大多數人選擇這裏就是想一個休閑度假遊，而且周邊又啥都沒有，玩山水累了，就衹能在酒店休息，所以我覺得這個價位的酒店還是需要配置這些設施
4.沒有微信管家，有事還得打前台電話
5.沒有便利店，這種地方晚上想買點東西都沒，其實應該配置一些自助販賣機
6.房間被子很潮濕，不知道是不是因為山裡的原因
7.陽台沒有配置晾衣架，衣服沒地方曬
8.前台沒有配置一些生活用品比如酒精棉，指甲刀，眼鏡布，口罩等，小東西有時候很需要
其他就是客觀的評價就是，這裏夏天來住需要注意，蚊蟲肯定很多，畢竟也就衹有2層樓，而且都是花草樹木的。環境沒的説，水是真的清！早餐還可以，品類不多，但是菜品質量不錯！還有就是牯牛降的水是真的清啊[強]

這次入住的是臨溪套房，整體非常滿意。雖然是五一假期，相對來説客流大，但各個崗位的服務依然很到位，態度熱情，眼裡有活兒，培訓很到位。酒店位置靠近牯牛降景區，大堂門口就可以乘坐景交車直達景區。景區瀏覽完可以在酒店內休憩。酒店內景也很美，很出片。特別提一點，寵物友好是非常吸引人的，在潛在顧客篩選酒店時權重很大。最後還是提兩點建議：1.內景水多，逛園內時許多飛蟲攻擊眼睛，可以考慮在適當位置設定滅蚊器或者免費提供小紙扇給住店客人驅趕蚊蟲。2.酒店房間比較潮濕，有輕微味道。建議在客人到達酒店前管家提前10分鐘插入取電卡，開啟空調換氣，這樣客人進入房間第一印象會更好。我還會再選擇入住，希望下次來體驗更好！

從小橋走進來酒店時就一路驚喜了，穿過一條清澈的河流，門口是600年的香樟，酒店裡麪就是現實版的莫奈花園，滿眼都是美景，隨手一拍便是美照，以至於後面的牯牛降景區我們總覺得一般般差強人意，不如酒店的滿眼綠意更讓人心怡神曠。

酒店依山傍水，經過小溪才能進入，太有隱世的感覺了。整體外部環境實在太好了，酒店有車直接送到景區。房間也很大，非常適合親子出遊。
但是房間地面狗毛成團，沙發上一坐一身狗毛，孩子過敏不停揉眼睛揉鼻子。建議應該規劃一部分專門的房間給帶寵物的客人，而不是全房型開放。現在小孩子過敏體質的非常多，客人在預訂時並未被告知房間之前住過寵物，這個真的有很問題。
