首先我要説的是服務，前台接待魏曉菊的服務真的是太好了，前一天我還沒有住進來，電話裏就有很好的服務態度，知道我帶了一個1歲多的小孩，把房間給我升級了，再就是住進來的第一天，體驗度都很高 從前台的服務，環境衞生，還有小孩尿到地上了，天台魏小菊知道後親自拿拖把來房間打掃，還多送來幾瓶水，知道孩子要喝奶，這種很小的貼心服務，在星級酒店都很難遇到，特別暖心

在縣城能有一家品質這麼好的酒店是非常不錯了，設施配套還挺齊的，中餐、會議室、洗衣房、健身房都有一應俱全，客房是全智能；環境也非常很贊，就在秦巴風情園隔壁，很有春天的氣息；酒店的工作人員也很有禮貌，在酒店走哪衹要遇到都會笑臉相迎打招呼，這次石泉之旅，很棒！

預訂之前打電話特意諮詢一下，不確定房間，前台美女很有耐心告知每個房型的區別，還有價格，入住當天服務很好，快速辦理入住，水煮紅茶很棒，大廳環境不錯，看着心儀，電梯有3台上下基本不用等，入住體驗滿意，推薦入住。

前台服務很好，訂好特意打電話，讓安排一個安靜的位置，提示開車注意安全，特別貼心。酒店位置交通便利，到古街開車幾分鐘，到店前台工作人員熱情服務周到，幫忙拉行李，按電梯。房間不錯，乾淨清爽，推薦入住。

服務態度一流，所有酒店人員都會給你賓至如歸的感覺。房間整潔乾淨，入住酒店會有前台小姐姐給你遞擦手毛巾和茶水。辦理入住速度也很快，沒有讓我們等很長時間，早餐種類也挺多的，細節滿滿，更重要的是遺漏的耳機酒店還會快遞發回你。感謝。

我們去的時候車還挺多的，剛到停車場，保安師傅就開始幫忙指揮，安排停車，看到我們行李多，還幫忙搬，離店的時候因為別的車擋住了，大叔和前台小姐姐，還送了小禮物表示抱歉，從入住到了前台辦入住，迎來的是熱毛巾和熱茶，到離店，很多貼心服務和小禮物，絕對捲到優秀了，雖然短短住了一天，從進門被服務到離店，沒有一絲不滿意的，絕對超很多五星酒店的標準了，值得推薦，滿意！非常滿意！

房間很乾凈，位置也好找，下高速幾分鐘就到，前台小姐姐們超級熱情，給推薦美食和遊玩的地方，還遞上當地做的宣傳手冊，上面介紹的很仔細，房間不錯，免費升級了，房間很大，特別是床，比普通標間床大概要寬上15公分，酒店附近交通便利，客房阿姨禮貌，礦泉水無限供應。
