Fantastic service, always politely and professionally given and nothing is too much trouble. We had trouble with heating in our room and it was fixed quickly with no fuss. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We expected noise from the street but it was very quiet. We also sampled some regional cuisine in the hotel restaurant and it was well presented and very tasty. The hotel caters for dietary requirements of gluten free and dairy free without an issue.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What we loved: The property is rich with history and cottage-on-the-hill decor. The strawberry trail was incredibly beautiful ( take the evening-sunset guided tour and go on your own the next morning post sunrise) - the views are worth it. Kaushik at the Bar served us excellent drinks - try the buransh infused special & the old fashioned. Had a great time discussing the recipes with Kaushik - excellent service The open air jacuzzi is a must do. Especially under a starry night & the moon. What could have been better: The food was above average but fell short of all the great things we’d heard about it - but again to each their own The room with the balcony was okay-ish, balcony didn’t necessarily offer a breathtaking view ( although great to catch the sun rising from behind the peaks ) Overall an absolutely beautiful experience and a must do. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was the most fantastic hotel and location. All of the staff from the front desk through to restaurant and porters were fantastic and friendly and helpful. Our room had the most amazing views over Shimla and the whole experience of staying here for two nights was amazing and we were really sad to leave and in fact when we arrived at our next stop we wish we were still at the Radison Jass in Shimla. This was our second visit to the property, coming after 5 years. But the property hasn't lost its charm, but exudes more comfort and blissful stay for the guests. The ambience is charming, staff well mannered and always smiling and eager to help. Inspite of initial hiccups after check in, we as a family enjoyed our stay of 3 nights there. The food quality was excellent and the staff and chef catered to our demand. The activity area is also well maintained by the staff. Special thanks to Mr Bhandari at restaurant and his team including Ms Neeraj, Ms Simmi and Mr Sayak for looking after us. Mr Budhi at Housekeeping was also available for any need.

Staff was very co-operative & well mannnered. They made our stay very comfortable... Food wasalso really very tasty. Overall experience was very good. Will surely plan my next visit here..
