The room is quite big, but there is too much light leaking from the edges of the curtains, and I am always woken up by the sun in the morning. The hotel breakfast is really not good, there are not many choices, the cakes look stale, and I don’t know how it is defined as a four-star hotel.

The interior had been renovated and was nicely appointed, but the noise from the next room leaked in and the heater didn't work. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel is very new, with a double bed as shown in the picture, a separate bathroom, a table, a sofa set by the window, and a refrigerator. Good breakfast! There are my favorite bacon and bread, and a delicious cake🍰 There is free coffee next to the reception on the first floor, which you can get yourself. There is free sparkling water and still water in the guest room corridor, which you can also get yourself. There are two large bottles of water in the room. The room is large and has two windows that can be opened for ventilation. It is very close to Katowice Station. There is a Supertrum shopping mall diagonally opposite, and it is also very close to Katowice Shopping Mall in a ten-minute walk.

Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. It is pretty good experience. Although it is a bit far to the main town, there is a train ”3” which can directly reach the hotel. The room has a fridge which is super.

Convenient proximity to the airport, especially for the late night flight. The hotel is new and comfy. Very friendly staff. Overall pleasant experience!

Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨
