Dlaczego, kiedy przyjechałam dwa tygodnie temu i poszedłam do recepcji, odbyłam normalny dialog z młodymi ludźmi, a oni rozmawiali ze mną po ludzku? A przedwczoraj, kiedy moja mama musiała czekać 17 godzin na autobus i przyszła do was zapytać, czy może odpocząć i zapłacić za pokój, w odpowiedzi usłyszała niegrzeczny ton, przewracanie oczami i skrzywione usta niezadowolonych (chyba z życia) recepcjonistów. Nie akceptujecie euro, komentując, że ”jakie euro, skoro jesteśmy w Polsce”, traktujecie ją jakby przyszła żebrać o jałmużnę, albo wyrzucała was z własnego domu. A za pokój na 10-12 godzin zginaliście cenę 150 euro. Jeśli tak bardzo nien@widzicie wszystkich, którzy nie mówią po polsku - idźcie pracować w fabryce lub zbierać śmieci. To h@ńba dla europejskiego państwa, a przy okazji akt dyskr*minacji ze względu na inny język i fakt, że moja mama nie jest Polką. Poradziłam mamie, żeby przyszła do was i odpoczęła, ale teraz ostrzegę wszystkich, żeby omijali wasze miejsce z tak paskudnym nastawieniem. I pamiętajcie, że jeśli usuniecie moją recenzję, napiszę ją ponownie. Utworzę tyle skrzynek pocztowych, ile będzie trzeba, aby upewnić się, że wszyscy zobaczą tę recenzję. Napiszę też do kierownictwa, żeby was wszystkich zwolnili. H@ŃBA! Jak można być tak bezwstydnym i pozbawionym skrupułów? ●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Disgusting attitude of the staff. Why, when I came a fortnight ago and went to the reception, I had a normal dialogue with young people and they talked to me in a human way? And the day before yesterday, when my mother had to wait 17 hours for the bus and came to you to ask if she could rest and pay for the room, in response she heard the annoyed receptionists' disgruntled tone, an exasperated sigh and pulling a face. You do not accept euro, commenting on it ”what euros if we are in Poland”, treated her as if she came to beg for alms, or kicked you out of your own home. And for a room for 10-12 hours you bent the price of 150 euros. If you h@te everyone who doesn't speak Polish so much - go work in a factory or collect rubbish. It is a di$grace for a European state and, by the way, an act of di$crimination on the grounds of another language and the fact that my mum is not Polish. I advised my mum to come to you and have a rest, but now I will warn everyone to avoid your place with such a nasty attitude. And keep in mind that if you delete my review, I'll write it again. I'll create as many mailboxes as it takes to make sure everyone sees this review. And I will also write to your management to have you fired, all of you. DI$GRACE! It is a great pleasure to stay at the Campanile Hotel in Katowice. Nice reception, a moment of conversation and the opportunity to prepare for your meeting in comfortable conditions. I want to go back there. I warmly congratulate the lady with whom I had the pleasure to talk.

we visited tis hotel for the second year in a row. if in the first year we were just surprised by such a good service, this year we realized that this high standard of this place is their normality. I definitely recommend visiting and trying the Silesian menu and local drinks

I was a few days visiting my family, the hotel is located nearby, so it fits perfect. Breakfast was very delicious and well prepared every day. Rooms were clean quiet. Can't make me.

The hotel has really surprised us. Room: The room was incredibly clean. At first we even thought the room was renovated. Really nothing to challenge. Personnel:  The staff were also very nice. Most of the lady named Anna at the reception was very friendly and helpful with her with her recommendations, she has significantly improved our stay in Kattowitz again.  Breakfast: Very delicious and varied. Rarely seen such a breakfast offer in the hotel. Location: Very central. The AM bus that starts from the airport is right in front of the door. No taxi is required. All important is accessible without problems to foot or bus/train. The next time this hotel will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a peaceful area. Walking time to Katowice station is 10-15 mins. Only is sauna and gym are in another building next to the hotel. The staff was kind, and wifi worked well.

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

There is a teapot, coffee and tea in the cost of the room, and here the full bar is certainly for the extra charge... a chic view from the window! And in general, who wants to be comfortable, beautiful and elegant to rest for the minimum price(price for the room is pleasant) - I highly recommend this hotel Park Hot Diamond in Katowice! Don't regret and will be satisfied!!! Breakfast unfortunately didn't manage to try because there was a very early flight... Although very wanted! Restaurant in the hotel on the top floor and from there even better view opens (I just went there to see their restaurateur)..

I would rate this hotel 3,5 if it was possible. Basic hotel, nothing extra such as amenities. No coffé or tea maker. Not even a trash bin. The bed was hard which is fine with me. My room was somewhat dark and there could definately be more lamps. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very simple and pricy relative to what you get. The room was reasonably priced so I would definately come back next time visiting Katowice.

Stayed 3 nights during the easter break. Was a really nice relaxing stay with lots of things to do with in the hotel. With a nice pool + jacuzzi + Sauna, a gym and a small area for kids. Definitely recommend. Would go again.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Reading the hotel review you can wonder if it is a good choice.No less on the spot, I was crying in plus.The room is medium size, clean with comfortable bed. We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic

I needed 1 accommodation before departure. Very nice surprise. The hotel is quiet, clean and well-careed, breakfast is very delicious and a big choice. I wish I had not taken a parking lot at the hotel during departure. Parking at the airport is a massacre. Far and stones. And from the hotel they carry buses :)
