The room is relatively large for Japan. The two double beds and the sofa bed are enough for a family to stay in. Although I stayed on the 7th floor this time, the traffic on the road was still very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. I like that there is a washing machine attached so you can wash clothes at any time, which is very convenient. However, be sure to pay attention to your email message before checking in. The hotel will send you a check-in ID and password. You must register before checking in to save check-in time. Overall, it's a good family-style accommodation experience! Montan Hakata seems to be a life saver for many people. We missed our train as our flight was delayed and needed a cheap place to stay for the night within walking distance from the station. My friends, wife, and myself booked Montan Hakata and it was a very pleasant stay. The booking was simple, the staff was great! They have bikes to rent, breakfast, and international beer, among other fun things. We had the traditional tatami room for four people and we all slept comfortably in one room. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. For being a hostel, this place was very clean and modern, I was impressed. It is within walking distance from the station and many attractions in Fukuoka. I highly recommend staying here.

We used it in Di Youth. It was a plan to have afternoon tea in the room, but when you open the box delivered, it's like a jewel! All delicious!
