I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

So happy with the location & service! The staff were friendly and so close to everything. Only issue is the shower door doesn’t fully close so water will leak out after showering & the aircon did not work well, but generally was really nice!

This hotel was amazing. Located right in Wanda's pedestrian street. Lots of shopping/night life nearby. I arrived around 8:30 on Saturday morning, and they gave me a free breakfast buffet for that first morning. You can't beat the price, I'll definitely stay again.

This is my second stay here. My wife and I brought our one-year-old baby. We chose the largest suite to be closer to the train and for the convenience of the child to feel the spacious and clean environment. Overall, it lived up to our expectations. The room was very clean. From the front desk lady to the restaurant auntie, they were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. What was surprising was that they gave us a small gift when we checked out. It was a very good experience and it will still be our first choice next time we come.

The room is big and in a good location. A small gift was given when checking out. There are good pubs nearby. Downstairs is the famous train night market in Shijiazhuang, but there is nothing delicious, hehe!

The location of the hotel is good, inside the pedestrian street, but taxis cannot reach it, you have to walk a distance, which is a problem in summer and rainy and snowy weather. The breakfast is very good, with rich dishes and good service attitude.

The front desk service is very good, the hotel room is very clean, and the surrounding area is relatively convenient. I will come back next time!

For Wanda Business District, it can be said to be the most suitable hotel for business trips. First of all, breakfast, afternoon tea, supporting facilities and services are the most comprehensive. Some room types have also been upgraded in 2021. The size of the room and the infrastructure are sufficient. Mainly as a business hotel, there is often not too much luggage, so the hotel really pays attention to our needs and provides a mouse pad. This warm feeling of being cared for is worthy of high scores.
