I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Ayearn for making my girlfriend's 25th birthday extra special! Apart from the excellent customer service, smooth check-in process (they understand foreigners' 粤康码 situation), and wonderful environment, this hotel hosts something even more special: its staff's ability to go above and beyond for its guests. When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that this stay was in fact a surprise for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. They asked if I wanted them to decorate the room with their standard decorations and I said yes. We then coordinated over WeChat to find the perfect time to decorate the room during our stay. But there was something else up my sleeve: I had bought some rose petals from a flower shop and asked if they could spread these on the bed and put a gift I prepared on it as well. They agreed and the arrangement was set. Now, before you look at the photos, keep in mind that all I told the hotel staff was to put the rose petals and the gift on the bed. I expected that they would make it look nice, but I didn't know they would go above and beyond they way they did. The photos speak for themselves! Take a look, they spent the extra time to make everything look extra nice and decided where to place the rose petals in the best places. I am very proud of their work and am really glad I chose this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday! Needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy with all of this and I am forever thankful to you all for giving us a wonderful memory. PS: If you intend on doing something similar for your significant other, please purchase and supply the hotel with the rose petals that you want. This is not something they do normally but they can accommodate your request. The other decorations (such as the happy birthday banner, chicks, etc. are all part of their standwrd decoration package). Also please give the hotel ample time to do the job properly, I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you again to all the staff at Ayearn!!!

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many group stores in Fox Plaza downstairs, and there are also many small shops outside the shopping mall to choose from. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is very complete with kitchen utensils, ranging from stoves and pots to tableware and utensils. You can actually buy ingredients for the stove. There is also a washing machine that combines washing and drying in the room. The whole process takes 5-6 hours, which feels very long. What I like the most is their shower gel and shampoo. They have a nice fragrance and are very relaxing after use. The overall stay was very good and I will stay here many times if I have the chance.

It's really nice, the room is bright and spacious, like a paradise. The service is very good. After turning on Do Not Disturb, there will be no rude ringing or knocking on the door. The turndown was amazing, with Guangzhou-style sugar water. I lost something, and the hotel took the initiative to search for it. Finally I found it. Thank you for your hard work. Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. I watched the concert in Shenzhen Bay with my friends. The nearby hotels were full. I brushed to this newly opened hotel. The hotel was newly renovated. All the equipment was very new. The mattress was very comfortable and helped sleep. After watching the concert, I fell asleep on the bed. The front desk service is very good, maybe because it is a new hotel, the pillow is a bit high but reacted to the front desk, the front desk immediately replaced the short pillow for me, this made me feel very comfortable. The room was also very soundproof, I was not awakened all night, there was no noise, praise! Recommend everyone to stay!

Typical room. Solo traveler so I thought the Queen bed room was a nice size. Comfy bed and a tub! I was traveling with a family so the park across the street was nice. The pool was cold but they do have a sauna and steam room which was nice. The gym area is in a separate building and so I recommend going to the first floor and exiting the back of the hotel to access it. Breakfast was limited with the second morning having better offerings. Lots of options not too far including taking the subway to get whatever you like. Starbucks is very close…if you like coffee. Pleasant stay and good location.
