The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the metro and main parts of the city. The room is spacious, but it felt too old, with a weird smell, a bit damp. The hotel and rooms are needing an update, even the lights in the room, there isnt a master switch. There was a strong smell of cigarette from next door, and a bit noisy. Thr bathroom is old and outdated, a bit dark. Once taking a shower the water ran cold and didnt heat up again. It was clean enough and the staff spoke great English. It isnt a bad hotel, just needs an upgrade.

The hotel is located on the east side of Happy Coast. You can see Shenzhen Bay and Nanshan City from the balcony of the hotel room. There are dedicated underground parking spaces for parking. The room is large and the layout is very reasonable. The functional area partitions can be opened, making it very bright during the day. , closed at night and very private. Because it is next to Happy Coast, not far from Splendid China, Window of the World and Happy Valley, a taxi only costs a dozen yuan. Breakfast is pretty good, mainly Chinese style breakfast, slightly worse Western style.

This is the first hotel we tried in SZ and surprisingly was so good. The lobby is quite old-fashioned so we didn’t expect much when we first arrived. However when we opened the room door we were amazed that it’s all new and so clean. Love the bathroom that there’s make-up table and corner with seat! Perfect for girls. We had the chinese restaurant on the 1st floor and was so good too! Will be back definitely

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

[About the environment] The room is very big! Very neat and very bright~ The bathroom and toilet are separated (the sink is only in the bathroom, so you still have to wash your hands after using the toilet. It would be perfect if the toilet can also be equipped with a faucet) [About sleep] There is almost no noise when the windows are closed. The bed is moderately soft and the pillows are okay. However, I don’t particularly recognize beds, so I slept well. [About in-room facilities] There is a refrigerator! Although I didn’t use it this time, I was still very surprised~ There is a bottle of Coke and a Sprite in the refrigerator. Hanting's current hardware and services are very good. It was my first time in Shenzhen and I booked this Zhuzilin store. The location is very good, very close to the subway station, not far from Shenzhen Bay and Happy Coast, and parking is free. This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The floor drain in the shower room drains water very slowly, and your feet are soaked in the water. The air conditioner didn't work, the projector didn't work, and there was no hair dryer stored in the room. The hotel's breakfast didn't even have a buffet, the portion per person was very small, and the rice rolls in the morning were completely burnt. After breakfast in the morning, it was not enough. I went to the noodle shop next door to eat ramen. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. Xiao Huang who received me last night was very attentive and thoughtful.

The accommodation is really satisfactory. The room is small, but it is clean and tidy. The surrounding food is also suitable for your appetite. The stinky tofu at the diagonally above asks the boss to fry it a bit more delicious. The only downside is that the parking lot is expensive. Our online car-hailing car parked for less than half a day It charges 12 yuan per hour, and the door of the parking lot is not automatically opened after paying the fee. It takes 10 minutes to wait for the property to open.

You can tell that the hotel is in a classy area of Shenzhen, the area is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few meters from Nonglin subway station. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

First of all, there is no USB plug for power supply in the room today, so I asked the housekeeper in the lobby and she immediately responded that there was no one. Fortunately, I saw the floor cleaning aunt on the floor and she was very attitude OK, help find a head. It turns out that the attitude of the hotel's high salary and standard food is worse than that of the cleaning staff. If you are in the service industry, you should not say no easily. We liked the hotel location and amenities, especially the self-service laundry room and the late night noodles in the dining room. The hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall (KK One) and has a subway station right in front. Many food options and coffee shops nearby. The only caveat is the check-in experience. When we arrived at the check in time, the hotel receptionist said we couldn't check in because the previous guest hadn't checked out. And they recommend we purchase the Atour membership for ~280 RMB to get an upgraded room so that we can check in now, otherwise we'd have to wait indefinitely for the previous guest to check out. This seems scammy. We complained to Trip.com and they helped us resolve it with the hotel who then gave us the upgrade for free.

During the Spring Festival, I arranged a trip to Shenzhen with my children. I accidentally chose this apartment to stay for six days and five nights. The room I stayed in felt like home. When I came back every day, my fatigue was wiped away. Auntie would also clean the room every day. The facilities are very complete. Downstairs is the KK One shopping mall, which has everything you need to eat, drink, and play. It is a few steps away from Metro Line 9. It is very convenient for traveling to various attractions. What I especially like 👍 is that the owner of the apartment is very considerate and even saw me dragging him alone. Even though it was inconvenient to have two children, they helped us delay check-out. We will choose this hotel next time we come to Shenzhen.

Hotel location is ok, very close to the Qiaocheng East subway station, within 1 minute walk. Dining is not convenient, there is no catering industry around, it is OK to order takeaway. There are a lot of rooms upstairs, so you won't get lost if you look for it carefully. mine is a windowless room, everything is fine except that I feel more depressed. Disadvantages: The sound insulation effect is poor, it is recommended that sensitive people wear earplugs by themselves. In addition, the cleaning staff speaks loudly when working, which affects rest. I checked out at 2 pm at the latest, and I wanted to leave after rest at noon. The cleaning staff roared outside the corridor to talk to others, not paying attention to keep quiet, which impressed me very badly.
