Stayed in this hotel for 4-5 times before. We checked in at around 8pm and finally got upgraded to executive suite. Frontdesk staff at 27/F were nice, friendly and helpful. Surprised with the modern and decent room. Neat, tidy and spacious. Definitely will come back to visit again during ***** New Year.

We had a wonderful stay at Shenzhen Air International Hotel on our family trip. The hotel is very clean as it just has been renovated. And the staff are very friendly and attentive. We specially want to thank for the guest service team who has maintained our room nice and tidy, and also the front desk and welcoming team and janitors who greets us and help us every day during our stay. We specially want to thank to Junjie Xu, Rongle Deng and Huan Ling who have assisted us a lot during our stay. Have already made another booking for our next stay in Shenzhen Air International Hotel.

We loved the decoration that they did for our kids. Both 8 year old and 1 year old were very happy playing. Also the staff were so sweet and hospitable, making sure we are comfortable the whole stay!

It was a nice stay. But the sound proofing is not sufficient. On our first night， we can hear TV sound from next door neighbor.

Positive Aspects:
1. Staff: The best part of this hotel is its staff. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction with their friendly and solution-oriented service.
2. Furniture: The furniture in the rooms is not old and has a nice design, which adds to the overall comfort.
Negative Aspects:
1. Cigarette Smell in Rooms: Despite being a non-smoking hotel, many rooms had a strong cigarette smell. Out of 9 rooms we checked, only 2 were free from this issue.
2. Distance to Metro: The hotel is not very close to the metro, which might be a disadvantage in terms of location.

Bought a voucher for 2 nights , 1 bedroom suite. Huge size, comfortable king size bed, luxurious bathroom , superb river view. The gym was impressive, have different yoga lessons (inclusive in the voucher). Location is walking distance to 地下步行亍， 5-6 mins walk to mrt station. Though not in the “central central” 福田， it is easy, cheap (rmb 10) to use taxi. It is comparable to a 5-star international hotel 👍👍👍👍
