The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.

The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

It's also ideal for overseas travelers as it meet international hotel standards. The only challenge is that the hotel needs to also have an app translated to English and other languages. The reception also needs to have staff that can speak in English as this was a major factor in communicating with them. Due to the miscommunication among them I was made to pay for a full day room while all I needed was an amount for late check out because my flight was at night. Overall it's a good hotel

It's difficult to open the windows because it's on a high floor, and I forgot to have an air purifier. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Simply LOVE this hotel. Everything is just great. Best location, just above Yannan Metro Station, next to many eateries and shopping. 10 mins walk to Huaqiangbei electronics market. Room wise is clean, spacious with lots of automation. The toilet bowl is also automated that comes with a bidet. However, the only complain I have is the inconsistent and low water shower pressure. Other than this, all are perfect. Nice spread of breakfast in a beautiful cafe settings. Great services from the hotel staffs too.... thumb up!! Will return if go Shenzhen again. :)
