Cosy environment, nestled in convenience locations and stone throw away from Hong Ling Bei metro line. Warmth reception and friendly staffs with excellent hispitally and always wearing big smiles. Fast and efficient room services. Most importantly, the room is very clean and spacious, which make our stay comfortable. Will definitely come back and recommend family and friends to stay here in future.

Very modern abd very clean room. Ideal location of the Hotel, very close to the Metro Station Tianbei, lot of Restaurants and Supermarkets near by, also Walmart and Mc Donalds just opposite the main road. Very quite location of the Hotel. The room have a great view on Shenzhen Downtown, very cozy style, lot of amenities availabe inside the room. Staff is very friendly and very service oriented, also the housekeeping staff doing a very good service. I was very hapy with all. At the departure day I also could extend the stay inside the room for late check out service, very good. Also the comunication with the Hotel Staff very easy abd fast via weixin and really convenient and great service at every time. 5 Star rating.

I have stayed in too many hotels, and this one is really good. The address is in Shuibei IBC. The subway station is downstairs, which is convenient for transportation. There are also many places to visit. I had dinner downstairs, so I could just go shopping. The efficiency of the front desk was also completely ok. The lighting in the room is good, quite bright, and the smart toilet and toiletries are all very comfortable to use. I have always paid attention to hygiene when staying in many hotels. To be honest, I am a picky person and I have not found any problems with hygiene. When lying in bed at night, the projector can be lowered, and it can be raised if I don’t want to watch it. It doesn’t affect my view of the scenery outside the window at all hahahaha. The most amazing thing is that I didn’t expect there to be a gym at all, haha, which just met my needs for exercise. No matter what, I will definitely come again next time I go on a business trip!

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it.
The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room.
The air conditioner is working very well.
The check in process is fast and convenient.
Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)

We spent a lot of time to check in since the front desk cannot find our booking. The front desk staff free us the hotel breakfast. However, she did not mark it. The restaurant staff told us that breadfast were not inclusive for our rooms, making us embarrassing at that moment.

Long time not being in SZ! Chose Atour to settle myself after a long day art show preparation. It is located with some commercial buildings, with a beautiful 24 hours library at the ground floor. Warm welcome from the Front office staffs and upgraded. Stunning view from a high floor suite with bathtub and some nice Chinese tea. Breakfast is satisfied, fresh made Cantonese rice roll with egg and spring onion is delightful. Love to recommend this nice Atour to any business and couple travelers to Shenzhen!

This is the second time we chose this hotel due to good experience. The room is spacey and facility is generally good. However there are two problems this time. During bath the water temperature was not stable. And the common corridor was filled with smell of smoke. The room itself was fine though.

This is not the first time I stay here. I booked it last year and thought the environment was very good. I stayed here again this year on a business trip. The boss is handsome and kind, and he even upgraded me to a suite! I feel happy and happy when I look out the window from inside the room. I hope it will be as clean and tidy next time I come.

There are rice noodle rolls and Guilin rice noodles next to it. The key is that it is cheap, 11 yuan. I asked three times. If you have time, you can also walk around the park next to it and relax yourself.

The room was quite clean, and because the sanitation was okay, I paid to take my lunch break here when I attended training nearby.
