The room was terrible. The bed sheets were covered with hair and had not been changed. It was disgusting. The combs and toothbrushes were all covered with oil stains. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery, as if it had been mopped with shower gel. It was impossible to stand steadily. It was very noisy and the sound insulation was very, very, very poor. I will never come to this hotel again. I am convinced.
In short, the whole room was full of traces left by the previous guest. It was disgusting. If I hadn't checked in at 5 a.m. due to a flight delay and was too sleepy to sleep for three hours, I would have gotten up and cursed. It was really disgusting.

The hotel is located in a busy area, and it is convenient to travel. The bus and subway are very close. Every time I come to Shenzhen for business, I choose Hillman Hotel as my first choice.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised can be solved attentively. Although the hotel is near the airport, it does not feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it next time.
