1. 提前了一週多在這家酒店預訂了兩間雙床房，沒想出行當晚十點，我們到達酒店辦理入住時，前台告知因為有一位客人要求換房，導致我們預訂的其中一間雙人房沒了。因為還出去有事，同意先將我們的行李先放在一間雙人房中，等另一間雙人房清理好後再入住的提議。
2. 之後又接到前台電話，説另一間雙人房（就是空出的那一間）出現了老鼠，所以之前的住户要求換房。前台問我是否同意將一間雙人房的要求改為兩間大床房，讓我們同行中的兩位朋友一人住一間。我立即表示這個解決方案很荒謬，我們住一間就好了，多出的一間用不到，對我們來説不算任何解決方案/彌補/賠償措施。同時我提議請酒店退還一部分房費或請他們提出別的賠償方案。
前台立即和我説，沒有別的賠償。並且不斷和我説，“要不要換單人間，不換你就衹能住那個雙人間（有過老鼠的）”。
3. 4月7日零點，我們辦完事回到酒店，與前台繼續協商，交涉的期間，她還否認了之前電話裏與我溝通的説法，聲稱是搞錯了，又沒老鼠了。。。。
總之，我們提出要求：換成新的房間並且免一間房費。前台拒絕後，我們要求與經理溝通，此時她才不情願地找經理……我想問。在我第一次提出“有沒有賠償措施”的時候，她為什麼直接説沒有？問都不問？ 也沒有與她的上級溝通我們的情況，把手機甩給我們，讓我們和經理説明情況😓
4.之後，經理同意這個賠償措施以後，我詢問如何操作，前台兩位和我説讓我本人在平台上取消訂單。攜程上沒法操作，並且我不明白為什麼讓我自己取消。她扯了很多理由表示她們這邊操作不了。耗了五分鐘以後，前台又和我説，可以退了 她在系統上幫**作了。
我又一次被無語到，“為什麼你明明可以在系統上退款，還讓我自己在平台上操作呢？” 前台和我説：“我這邊幫你搞特殊的”（大意）這期間還多次歎氣。本來是你們的過錯，整的好像我們還佔便宜了一樣，真搞笑！當時十二點半了，是你們搞得我和朋友無法休息，不是我們搞得你在加班好嗎？服務態度真的很差勁！
5.退款沒有立馬到賬，第二天退房時又讓我自己在攜程上退，並説昨天態度很惡劣的前台的新來的…
6.目前，其中一間房的退款已收到，但因為我還消費了另一間房，且收到的服務很差，所以有資格且有必要留個評論。

酒店服務員態度惡劣
因家裡來親戚 住不下 跟女兒下樓 訂房二天 因為以前也經常定 挺捧場的 這次應該是服務員都換了
真的態度惡劣 住了這麼多年酒店 頭一次説我用剪刀還需要別人看着用…因為酒店木梳特別軟 洗澡的浴室不配 護髮素…孩子頭髮被木梳纏住 要把剪子 孩子把木梳剪掉 客服一直旁邊 盯着看 給孩子氣哭
（牙齒有點毛病的服務生 下次夥伴們注意 不要跟她有接觸 ）酒店隔音非常非常差 導致 旁邊的屋子客人 早上開電視聲音也很大 這個600多不含早餐的酒店 25多米的房間 挺小的 服務不配價格
