Location wise good, Service good but cleanliness bad. Hotel old and need refurbished or major renovation

new management is horrible. stay away from this woman. she doesn't care about you. I booked their best suite. they gave me room 2009. air conditioner is broken they moved me to 1911 the air conditioner and the refrigerator were both broken then they made me move so a small room where there was no soap. lastly I had to pay for parking. this used to be my favorite hotel in shajing. I will never book here again

the hotel's location is really accesible to everything. my stay was all fine, except they got no coffeeeeeee! 🙄😭🙈 but the receptionist in the lobby and the bell man were all accomodating. thank you! PS: you guys might want to check your beddings, i saw one tick last night eewwwww
