Location is great, with a lot of restaurants around and only a few stations away from large shopping malls like coco park. Takeaway can be brought to your room by a robot which is cute. But got woken up a few time at night by kids who kicked on the bedroom walls next door. Also, all business suites are located at the end of the corridor （尾房）so if you are concerned, choose other room types.

Overall was a rather pleasant stay. Hotel was clean, toilet has wet and dry separation (plus for those who are particular with this like me), and a mini gym with free laundry service as well (big plus!). Only gripe was that the male counter staff during my check in seemed to be rather unhappy with my request despite me being polite about it (I asked if I could check in early, and subsequently asked if they could store my box at the counter till check out as its rather heavy). Another thing was that when I went to my room the door was left open, not too sure if its because I did an early check in.. but if so then i wonder what happens should there be something missing in the room.. other than that was a pleasant stay, 10-15min walk from exits of two different stations, theres a few convenience stores nearby too.

4th time to go to this chain in different cities, 4th bad experience
Only one staff for check in with a long queue
Poor management of the queue (not first arrived first served)
Very bad windows sound proofing with noise from the street
Lot of hair in the shower not cleaned

The twin room has a large space, but only a small sofa. The construction site next to it will start work on Sundays. I was woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning. The hotel maintenance can be better. There are many breakfast shops nearby.

I read the reviews before booking and they said there was noise, but it was OK after I checked in. They also upgraded the room type. It was clean and hygienic overall. I think it was OK. I am very satisfied👍

When I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned room 432. The facilities in the room were outdated. I booked a superior double room. The pictures on Ctrip's website also showed that there was a sofa in the room, but the photos I took only had one chair and no sofa. Moreover, my wife and I Two friends are staying, where should one of them sit? There is a construction site right outside the window, so it must be noisy during the day.
Then, I talked to the front desk and was changed to a room 356. The facilities in the room were also old and the wallpaper was loose. At about 12 o'clock in the evening, people were still decorating, and there were people playing pool downstairs, which was very noisy. The air conditioner was not at a constant temperature in the middle of the night, and it would get hot and cold.
