交通便捷。公交站幾分鐘就能走到。入住體驗。總體來説相當舒適，有大陽台，晾衣服方便，客廳有大桌子小桌子，還提供很多生活用品，洗衣機也有，坐在客廳和小夥伴聊聊天哈哈挺好的，工作人員也很友好，怕我找不到路特意下來接我們上來，還有很棒的一點是會給我們説一下入住須知，所以同住的小夥伴都很注意衞生和安靜，不會像之前住過的某些青旅休息時間還在卧室外放手機什麼的。

很好，非常好，衞生打掃也很乾凈，老闆非常細心，給你發路線圖教你怎麼，給你講注意事項，住宿離公交車站，景點景區，吃的喝的玩的都很近!!!!!這就非常的nice了吧，房子的衞生和床鋪的衞生都很好，其他住客也非常有素質，到點熄燈，不會大聲講話影響他人睡眠，總之呢，非常好，本次的體驗感99分，不給滿分是希望老闆可以繼續保持一 下次來或者朋友來首推!!!!

用青旅的標準評分絕對滿分的一家店，露台風景很好!位置：非常方便，去哪都方便，衞生：樓層高無蚊子也很安靜，房間如果舍友都愛乾淨的話絕對無異味，完全無煙味房間設施：洗衣機、吹風機、沐浴露、洗髮水、WiFi之類的都有。客廳很漂亮文藝價格也很實惠，來龍華觀瀾住宿的不二之選。

去到給老闆打電話，客服會給你發準確位置，從美宜家旁邊上去，在小區裏面，宿舍環境不錯，有鞋櫃，免費拖鞋，有客廳，客廳有桌子，有陽台，可以曬衣服，有廁所。廁所有沐浴乳洗髮水，有3件套要自己動手操作，簡單，有空調，很適合打工人來找工作落腳，每個床位配有充電的插頭很方便，體驗感不錯，住的舒服，睡覺安穩。

這家公寓應該是觀瀾同類型公寓最好的了，裝修清新文藝，衞生乾淨，每天都有專人打掃，樓下飯店便利店各種生活配套都齊全，交通也方便，是來觀瀾找工作的住宿首選。
