Hotels near Dream Land, Shenzhen

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

The check in was fast and smooth. The room size is spacious and comfortable. The location is just 50m to the train station and it surrounded by many good eateries.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The hotel is right at one of the subway entrances and near an area where there are lots of places to eat. The rooms are not very big but are enough if you do not have big luggage. The room was a smart room. Breakfast was also delivered to us by a robot.

Was somehow disappointed from what we seen on booking platform vs real. 1st of all, we struggled to find the entrance, as you can see ,it's hardly able to note that it's a legit hotel, no signs, no indications. We went around this place with local taxi even with the Chinese Map apps, we spent more than 30 mins trying to.locate this so call hotel. It's not even a hotel in my opinion, maybe like a AirBnB at best. Staffs are young and helpful. But some are clueless , we wanted to book a taxi to airport, she quoted us rmb500 without hesitation, we paid rmb180 on arrival. Only after I strongly protested and make noise ,they finally got us a pte transport for 200 rmb. Room was comfortable and clean, self sufficient. Location is good, which is about the best thing about this so call hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Shekou. The metro station and Sea world are within walking distance. There are many bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. I had a great stay.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

Up on entering this beautiful boutique hotel, you are warmly welcomed in 3D: a stylish, stunning chandelier from the ceiling, relaxing life music and smiling faces at the reception. The exquisite teas are merely a foreboden of the excellent all inclusive service running 24/7. A comfortable mix of business people, tourists and vibrant youth blend well into the fusion of modern gadgets and ancient decoration. Enjoy the amazing skyline of Shenzhen, an oasis of peace, love and harmony, where you will find everything you wish for. Leaving this beautiful city, feels a bit like dying. Till next time. It wasn't for nothing that I extended my stay twice.

This hotel is at the heart of Hua Qiang Bei, walkable to the Electronics Markets and ready access to good food. For foreigners with picky eating or weaker stomach, there is a Mac Donald’s just a stone throw away. It is a really clean and modern hotel with a beautiful rooftop. Would highly recommend for any type of traveller.

The location is very near to Dongmen pedestrian street, the mall (with nice affordable restaurants) and near to Laojie MTR station which is easy to navigate around the city. Will stay here again, next time I visit Shenzhen.

Though an old hotel, the bed linen n towel r new. Accessible via Shi Bu train station. Exit via A2. No one at the train station was able to direct me to the correct exit:( Staff r polite n helpful. Will definitely book again. Most value for money hotel in SZ. Sofa is old though.
