The front desk service was excellent, check-in was very convenient, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff at the front desk greeted us warmly when we passed by in the morning, and they even gave us bottled water when we checked out. Thumbs up! Highly recommend staying here.

This Hanting hotel offers incredible value for money. Its location right next to Lu Xun's former residence is super convenient for walking around. There are tons of little shops, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so you never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The management must be excellent because all the front desk staff are so friendly. Every time I walked in, they'd stand up and greet me – that's a level of service even some Atour hotels don't provide! I'd definitely want to come back here again. Oh, and the rooms are exceptionally clean too!

Traveling with family, we booked three rooms. The location was our top priority, and this Hanting Hotel building in the old town was very easy to spot. We could walk to nearby attractions like Lu Xun's Former Residence, Shen Garden, and Cangqiao Straight Street, which was great because driving in the old town is really inconvenient. Parking was also quite spacious. As expected from Hanting, it was reliable; the room bedding and hygiene were good, and breakfast was decent with the added bonus of coffee. The front desk staff in the lobby were very friendly and checked us in quickly. They even upgraded our room.

The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Originally, the two rooms we booked were in different buildings, but they kindly upgraded our rooms and put them together for our convenience. The location is also great, making it easy to get to all the attractions.

Fast, convenient, clean, and generally ok. Friends who drive are reminded that it is best to check in early. If you go late, there may be no parking spaces. Because parking is on the side of the road, the service attitude is very good.

The room is simple and comfortable, the space is relatively large, the newly opened store, the facilities are perfect, clean and hygienic, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful and also sent gifts, the hotel is not far from the bus stop, it is very convenient to go to the attractions, the place to eat is a bit small, others are good.

The trip to Shaoxing was originally planned for one day, but due to the rain and the hotel being very comfortable, we extended our stay for one more day. Both the pillows and the quilt are super comfortable, and it feels like your own bed when you put on your own bedding. The breakfast is also very rich and not greasy. The most important thing is that the subway is right outside your door! Transportation is very convenient! There is another important point! It rained and my clothes got wet and I found out that the hotel can do laundry! The dryer makes the down jacket fluffy and soft! If there were no travel arrangements later, I would like to stay for another two days. The hotel service staff and front desk are also very considerate. This is simply the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. Super recommended! ! While eating today, I also heard the Hanting Hotel’s song: The Hanting Hotel on Jiangpu Street only has rainy season. Everyone can listen to it, it sounds good haha

In order to make it easier to come back after watching Xinzhe Zhang's concert, I booked this Hanting Hotel. The decoration is still very good, but I still smelled a strong smell of smoke as soon as I walked in. The service staff, including the front desk and the aunt, were very enthusiastic. The breakfast may not be very high-end, but it is filling. If you are a light sleeper, be sure not to book a south-facing room.
