The rooms they offered a friend and I were in a part of this HUGE hotel that was under construction. There were very few people checked in and the manager was reluctant to offer us a room in a different part of the hotel. The best part was the blood-stained pillowcase. The water pressure was terrible and the room had difficulty getting warm. I would not recommend this establishment nor would I ever consider staying here again.

The hotel was in the heart of the old town which was very convenient, however, what they offered on the website and what we saw in person were two different images. Our room was far removed from the lobby and in a remote area under construction. We had to request to change rooms to the main building and pay an extra fee of $50. In other words, what they showed on the site did not match reality. The hotel should specify that some rooms are subject to be located far from the main lobby and breakfast lounge and in a seemed abandoned construction. Don't be fooled by the price!

Service: Super good, the front desk guy. Upgraded our room. There was also a fruit plate for free, and the service staff were very warm and simple.
Environment: A large hotel in Dukezong Flower Lane in the ancient city.
Hygiene: Very clean. Stayed consecutively, and the garbage was taken out and the supplies were replenished in time on the second day.
Facilities: Very good, not cold at all, with air conditioning and electric blankets.
The next day when we checked out, we met the little brother who received us, who was very enthusiastic to help us push the box. It was really good. You can see the big prayer wheel in the hotel corridor.
