We come to travel with family. vacation Reserve a family room with 3 beds. The rooms are clean, the lights are very bright, and the facilities are excellent. There is a projector. oxygen generator and humidifier But I don't have time to watch TV shows because I've been traveling all day and I'm exhausted. The bathroom is spacious, but there are disadvantages. The tile floor is very slippery. The shower and toilet spots are close to each other. The bathroom floor is not made in two levels to prevent wet floors from coming out of the shower area. The environment around the hotel is very good. Finding food to eat in the morning is close to the hotel. Walk to the ancient city for about 1 km. Enough to exercise.

This is one of those cases where they clearly tried to do more then what they knew... Let's start by the positives: it's a nicely looking hotel, with a pleasant design and good looking rooms. The rooms are well equipped for comfort but comfort I didn't have.... Several things didn't work as they should: first the toilet was one of those automatic toilets that are now everywhere in mid range hotels in China, but this one would just flush all the time as soon as you got near to it. And the flush was too strong so some water would sprinkle out, which is annoying if it's dirty water... The bed mattress was heated quite strongly (which was not necessary because the room had floor heating) so we tried everything to turn it off without success. We really tried everything.. We were sweating so much that we even decided to remove the room card from the card holder to unpower everything... But believe it or not, it didn't work... another annoying thing is that the shower had no separation to the toilet. So when you shower, you wet the toilet and the floor all around the toilet so every time you go to the toilet you get wet feet, and then when you step with wet feet on the room floor you get dirty feet as the room floor was not perfectly clean. Btw the room floor was also a bit uneven which seem to be an effect of the floor heating which was a bit too strong in some points. Ah, also the TV didn't work which they offered to fix but I declined. All of these are minor, but I would prefer not to have these extra 'conforts' if they don't work properly. Otherwise the service was good, they tried to be helpful and the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is excellent, very clean, and the service is top-notch. The hotel lobby provides umbrellas and snacks. The room is very tidy, with all cleaning items being disposable, and the room is also very smart tech. However, the location is a bit inconvenient. Although it's only a 16-minute walk to the ancient city, there are construction projects nearby, making the roads somewhat dirty and messy. Another issue is that the shower water fluctuates between hot and cold. Overall, I would rate it 8/10.

Shangri La Cloud Moon Han Ya Intelligent Oxygen Supply Homestay is located at No. 2 Nanpeng Cika Road, Jinlong Street, with a superior geographical location. You can drive to the store and walk 6 minutes to the center of the ancient city

The proprietress is very enthusiastic, young, beautiful and capable. The B&B is located near the north gate of the ancient city, quiet and convenient for travel. The decoration is very modern, all with smart devices. The best thing is that the proprietress directly takes out the storefront for guests to park, which is super convenient for self-driving tours. The room is large and hygienic. When the weather is good, you can lie on the bed and watch the stars, but it's a pity that we didn't encounter it. The B&B has a yard with turtles, and the children like to play there. And the super good thing is that they also provide free laundry service. After washing, there is a special drying room on the top floor, which can be dried quickly. Although the price is higher than that of ordinary B&Bs, I think it is worth it. A B&B worth recommending.

The brother and sister of the B&B are very nice. When we arrived at the high-speed rail station, we didn't know the end of the taxi, so we asked the hotel staff and they took the initiative to pick us up. When we arrived at the B&B, the sister asked us if we had altitude sickness. After learning that we had altitude sickness, the sister taught us how to use the oxygen concentrator in the room and also used an oxygen tank for another person. On the last day, we had to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station, but we couldn't get a taxi because there were so many people during the National Day holiday. They also helped to send us to the high-speed rail station. Feel the warmth from the B&B, five-star praise. The room is also clean and hygienic. Toiletries and even towels and face washcloths are disposable.

This B&B is really good! The decoration style is in my taste! So special. It has just opened, very clean and tidy, the room equipment is automated, there is a humidifier, an oxygen supply, and floor heating. The temperature difference between day and night is big here. As a southerner, it's my first time to experience floor heating hahahaha! The boss's service attitude is super good! Breakfast is included, there is free parking, and snacks and afternoon tea are provided! It's really a good B&B, highly recommended!
